There is talent in this shop, with zero time management. It would appear that the majority of barbers do not make appointments, upon arrival you make take a number and have a seat. Imagine the DMV..except more often than not they do not call in numerical order. I have personally sat up to two hours on a Saturday morning waiting for a cut. I thought I was lucky when I found a barber who took appointments, I was wrong. My first "appointment" make a week ahead of time, upon arrival was informed that my barber forgot to write my name is my time slot and there would be no room to fit me in today. I understand mistakes happen so okay, lets try this again (reschedules for 5 days later). Upon arrival at appt #2 (by this time my hair looks crazy after two weeks of no cut) I am informed that I was scheduled at an incorrect time and there would be no room for me today. Suggestion if you plan to visit this shop: clear your schedule, meetings, etc take the entire day off and be prepared to sit, wait & hope you didnt have anything else to be doing.

I have been here almost ten times and always give 20$ which is more than what they were asking I was very disappointed when the last time I went and used a card for just a simple edge up. Several hours later the barber tipped himself 4 dollars on top of what I payed. He basically stole from me. I will never go back to that store again. Especially sad since I always tip and then to get money stolen from me is terrible. And now instead of reaching out to me like a professional to ask what happened the owner comes on here and says its impossible to steal when I have uploaded a screen shot of the tip amount that your barber tipped himself. Learn how to tie a business and properly respect your customers. I strongly recommend you stay away from this establishment. The barber with the glasses is the one who some. Be careful. To the owner feel free to ask Mel and the gentlemen to his left, they know who I am I would have absolutely no reason to come in here and make this up.

If your looking for the best barber shop in the Orlando area look no further. I walked into this shop 3 years ago based on the excellent reviews on Google. I was looking for a comfortable shop with great barbers and realistic pricing. This shop exceeded my expectations on the first visit and has only gotten better since. After that first visit they had my business 100% - I have NEVER walked out of here disappointed. I get compliments on my cut every time and am always sure to refer other men who appreciate a fine haircut. Forget Floyds, Kennedys, etc... those places are 90% image/shtick and 10% talent - they also cost at least TWICE as much. This is a no-nonsense independent business that appreciates their customers and treats them like family. Would recommend 110%!

Ive been following these guys since I was kid way back when they were all at forest city barbershop about 13 years ago and I have never had a bad experience and that says a great deal about the barbers here. They treat you like family and the best thing is that if for any reason you are not satisfied the owners are right up front willing to help by any means, however I highly doubt youll ever need to speak to them about a services issue since everyone is so professional here and they make sure they create an inviting atmosphere for everyone. This place is the real deal! Moving down to Orlando, I wanted to find a Barber Shop that I kept going back to and felt comfortable at and this is both of those things. My pastor recommended his barber to me, Kel, and every since my first cut, I havent gone anywhere else! Regardless of who lines you up, you can bet on a positive experience and good cut! Marco lined me up today since Kel was gone and it was no exception. I recommend you get your barbers number and text them when you want to make an appointment so that you can plan on being there at a certain time. They are great about getting back to you! Dont look any further!

I couldnt leave the parking lot without writing this review because I loved my fresh cut! Im not from Orlando but moved here 6 months ago and all I did was read the reviews and came on in. It was busy but when youre the best its going to be busy! Everyone was nice and kind and made sure my experience was a good one! Shots out to Gio for hooking your girl up! He knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered for sure! Plus he was mad cool too! Really personable! Im about to be a regular for the remainder of my time up here in O town. Thanks again!

First time getting my hair cut in the area new to Florida...called to set an appointment on Thursday for Friday all barbers were booked up...so I was told to come in as a walk in which i did the following Morning around 10...i came in sat down and waited no more than 15 min....Kelvin was my barber and i have to say he was on point with my temp fade and line up!!! I found my new Barber!! Elite is on Point very clean, very Professional and Priced nicely if you need a cut in the Apopka/ Altamonte area this is the place hands down!!!

Every two weeks I would either fly or drive to Georgia just to get my hair cut. Since moving here Ive had some terrible experiences with the local barbershops in Orlando. After a three years of cutting my own hair I started researching the babers in the area and Elite stood out becsuse they had a quality website and the photos that I saw reminded me of the NY barbers I used to know. I would recommend anyone to thus barbershop for their quality and timely cuts.

Finally found a solid barbershop in the Orlando/Winter Park/Altamonte area, after relocating down here and messing around with a few other locations and not feeling it....Elite is a nice, clean and professional studio. Walk in no problem, was in the chair within minutes and out the door fresh. My man first chair on the left side has good hands, I will definitely be making this a weekly stop. Been going to this shop since I was wee lad. All the barbers in this shop treat you like family and take good care of you. This shop can get super busy, but over the years the way that they have adapted to the demand is like no other. What you get when you come in is top of line customer service and professionals who have mastered their craft. If you need a cut i highly recommend this studio.

Been going here for about a year and its hands down best barber shop in town. Great staff and cuts for a good price. Only bad thing is they have long waiting time but if you anything about barber shops long waits equals great cuts, definitely worth the wait. Plus you can always make an appointment with certain barbers just give them a call.
