Choosing a realtor based solely on website reviews can be a daunting task, but this is something my husband and I had to do with our move from Ohio to Florida. After much research we chose Todd Rentschler and quickly put him to the test. He passed with flying colors! He was always quick to return our calls and emails, since we were making this purchase while living in Ohio they were numerous! He sent me homes to preview online and I sent him questions about homes that I had found on my own research. So by the time I came to Florida to make our purchase I felt well prepared. Todd was a trooper, I wanted to see thirteen homes in two days! He helped me accomplish the task, I found our Florida dream home! Todd not only helped us in negotiating, but also recommended the other service providers we would need in the home buying process. Todd was great to work with and I didnt hesitate to recommend him to my sister a few months later when she made her move here.
