The ownership of the salon is very unprofessional. I had booked an appointment weeks and showed up to the salon at my scheduled time and the salon was closed. There was a sloppily written note taped to the front door stating that the salon was closed until further notice. My stylist is great, but Ive always hated the ownership since the new owners took over. The salon is never clean, the receptionist is less than friendly, and now my appointment is cancelled and the door is closed with no call. When I got ahold of my stylist, they were very upset that I had not been contacted and had been told that clients would be called. This salon should be shut down by the state. Save your money, go somewhere else. The stylists should do the same!

I had my hair done here. It was alright, bangs were a little crooked. I decided to "treat" myself by having my eyebrows waxed, what a terrible decision. One eyebrow was fine, the other was completely ruined (has a huge bald spot near the front). I knew I had something to worry about when she used about 10 strips. Her solution was to try and change the other eyebrow to match, I said no thanks, upset that I had to pay for such a mess. Its been 3 months and it still hasnt grown back much. Ive been having to fill the spot with makeup. Do not make the same mistake!

Went to get my hair cut and straightened and when I went the lady told me as she was washing my hair that she wouldnt have enough time to straighten my hair.. so I could only get it cut. She was also willing to stop on me just to trim a "regular" that was in a rush.. my hair is very thick and curly. She cut it straight across and charged me $28. They were nice but very unprofessional. Defiantly wont go there again.

The things I love about Salon 43 first of all when I call I get a very friendly receptionist Diana, who is knowledgable, and always has the right answers. Secondly, my stylist Marina always knows the right cut and style for my hair, she gives just the right look everytime. I know this for sure because I get tons of compliments. This is my little secret that I want to share with all of you, Salon 43 is the best.
