I purchased the Groupon for "$70 worth of 10 salsa, ballroom and swing group dance classes." I emailed on Dec 21 to request a calendar and make reservations. I sent the same message via Facebook on Dec 22, but no response to either message. I finally tried calling on Dec 29, but no answer and left a detailed message. I called again in a couple hours and Tatyana answered the phone, but I was disappointed to learn that it wasnt actually 10 classes (only two per week for a month, which amounts to only 8 classes) and that ballroom and swing werent offered right now. I tried to explain to her that her Groupon is false advertising because it says 10 classes, not up to 10 classes, and that it says "salsa, ballroom AND swing," not salsa, ballroom OR swing. She was extremely rude and couldnt explain why she never wrote back to my emails the week before, even though she was able to locate said email in her inbox and couldnt deny receiving it in the first place. It is January 2nd now and Ive just received a return phone call from Tatyana re: my voicemail and she apparently didnt remember that weve spoken already? She claims to pride herself on her customer service, but this customer was less than thrilled with the experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere and recommend that others do the same.

I have many great memories of watching my parents dance at wedding receptions. They didn’t have any fancy moves and they basically did a ‘box step’ but to me they looked fancy and connected. George and I have been married 23 years, and George has made it possible for me to stay home and raise our children for the past 17 years. Now that our three children are grown, and we have been traveling more, we find ourselves with many opportunities to get on a dance floor. In March, we were in Curacao and watched from the side as few couples took the floor. It was then that we decided we didn’t want to miss any more chances to thoroughly enjoy outings. Several months back we started at The Way 2 Dance with a few group classes and then eventually decided we would learn a lot more with the inclusion of private lessons. By the time we took our children to Cancun in August, we had learned enough basics of Salsa, the hustle and merengue that we were able to enjoy dancing each night we were there. We are now learning several more dances and intend to keep dancing as long as possible. Each evening we dance, whether it be a lesson, group class or an outing, we connect in a way I believe only possible through dance.

My daughter and I took dance lessons with Tatyana at the Way 2 Dance studio (Brandon, FL) in preparation for our Dad & Daughter dance at her wedding. The experience was amazing and awesome...to say the least. First of all, my daughter lives in another state so Tatyana had to be flexible with our schedule--even taking time away from her own family who was visiting at the time. My daughter had sent Tatyana the montage of songs (from Van Morrison to MC Hammer to Rap artists I dont even know and ending with Frank Sinatra) and she timed and choreographed every move for us so that we had seamless transitions from song to song. Tatyana not only helped us think about creative ways for us to enjoy dancing together but also thought about adding entertainment value for our wedding guests. This was a day my daughter and I thought and talked about sharing for a long time and Tatyana at W2D helped make it even more special than either of us could have imagined. Thank you Way 2 Dance!

My husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas 2015. It was for a few lessons for us together. I have loved dancing as long as I can remember. He has hated it for as long as he can remember. We finally scheduled our lessons in August 2016. Neither of us had any idea that this would evolve into a continuous twice a week commitment from purchasing that gift certificate. I am having so much fun learning all of the dances but most of all I am loving that though he may not always admit it he is having fun as well and we are doing this together. Now, with that said - we owe it all to Tatyana. She is the best teacher. She knows her stuff. She knows that people learn differently and shes able to zero in on that and help us both learn the moves. We are even attending the group/party classes on Wednesday evening where each month a new dance is taught. Highly, Highly recommend that you give it a try. So much fun.

If you got to this site because you are looking for a place to take lessons and learn ballroom dancing as well as have some of the social experience that goes with it, you can stop looking. The minute you walk in the door the people here gather around you and introduce themselves. There is group and parties and private lessons to choose from. We found them by accident because we havent danced in years, and want to go into retirement being able to again hold our own on the dance floor. We again, have gotten hooked on ballroom dancing and wonder why we ever stopped dancing. Join us. Dancing is so good for you on many levels. Come join us!!

Mike and I decided to take dance lessons several months ago just to have fun. We have not only had fun, but have actually learned several dances and are now getting serious with "private lessons" from the BEST. Tatyana and Brian helped develop a comfort level that has enabled us to have confidence on the dance floor. After reviewing our ability and dance interest, they structured a dance plan that worked for us. We love attending both the private and group lessons. Group lessons allow us to practice what we have learned as well as meeting other dancers. The Way 2 Dance is the way to go!

My wife and I first came to Tatyana and The Way 2 Dance studio 18 months ago in order to have a special dance for our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. Tatyanas instruction was amazing; our celebration was a wonderful event; and our Waltz to Moon River was the highlight of the party! We have continued with Tatyana and The Way to Dance studio not only because of the instruction offered but because of the wonderful group of people we have met through dancing. If you want to learn to dance or just brush up on a few moves, The Way to Dance studio is the place to be!!

My wife and I have been taking lessons for almost two years and we have the time of our lives at The Way 2 Dance. Tatyana is great teacher and she has great patience and long suffering with us. The dance parties are great. We started by just going to the parties and then took some group classes but the private lessons are the best help of all. Most men dont consider dancing for some reason. But, once you get a few lessons under your belt you will be hooked. Its like anything else. I takes practice. Its more fun than golf!!!!!!!

My love for dance started at an early age, I never thought that I had the talent to dance. I grew up falling in love with Peter Gennaro, Tommy Tune and all the dances that was performed in the village coffee houses. The opportunity to start dancing has come late in life but I am doing it, with the help of The Way 2 Dance. I would like to thank Tatyana for allowing me to join her group. There is also Brain, which I need say thank you to also. Because of his patience, it is a pleasure learning ball room dance.
