This was a top notch company from start to finish. Sales person Robert provided us with all the information and pricing upfront. Two weeks later company called to ask if the following day was convenient for us. Showed up EXACTLY when they said they would. Completed our roof in one day . Worked from 7 a.m. until 7:30 pm. Cleaned up afterwords, went over whole yard to make sure there werent any nails left behind. We had initially put down a small down payment. Final payment was collected a week later after inspection was done, insuring everything was done properly. We have hired quite a few companies for various jobs. Some dont show up, some take longer than they state it will. John Hogan Roofing was by far the best company we have ever hired. Did exactly what they said they would!! They were also the most reasonably priced. Thank you to the crew that worked on our roof!! All of them were very professional and hardworking!

This has been by far the worst roofing experience I have ever had. Hogan put on my roof in June of 2014. They caused damage to my home and completely forgot to replace a section of my roof. I called them 7 times and left messages with the woman answering the phones.. NO one ever called me back. Now two years later, I have still never received a call back from them and realized they never sent me my wind mitigation certificate their inspector said would sent to me. My insurance company is requesting a copy and of course John Hogan will not return my calls.. again. If I do not receive a call back from them by the end of the week I am filing a complaint with BBB, Angies List and every other social media site that I can rate. I choose this company because of their values and family business. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

My recent overall experience with the John Hogan Roofing company far exceeded my expectations. The sales person Robert was extremely honest and knowledgeable about roofing. He took the necessary time to explain the roofing process to me and provided a competitive quote that had no “surprises”. The roofing crew (Team) was the best I have seen and was like a well-oiled machine. Johnny, the crew foreman, communicated to me often as they efficiently removed our old roof, replaced wood as needed, installed our new roof, and cleaned up at the end of the job. I have dealt with many contractors over the years. There have been precious few that have been more honest and reliable that the John Hogan Roofing Company.

I signed a contract with John Hogan Roofing; they agreed to a date and price and I agreed to pay the down payment and date of installation. About two weeks after signing the paperwork I get a call late on a Friday telling me they didnt want to do the job and didnt provide an explanation. Monday I called the office to speak with John and was told hed call me. He didnt. I called the office again and no call from him. Its incredible to me the lack of care in the day and age of online reviews. Id give 0 stars if I could. Dont use this company as they go back on their word (signed contract) literally.
