I had a great experience at this location. I usually go to the location on Belcher, and the quality of food was just as excellent at this location as it is at the Belcher location. I have to say though, this location is SUPER tiny and they dont offer nearly as many hot sauces due to the size of the building. Also, when I went to get some of the hot sauces that I like, 3 out of 5 were empty. I think it can be chalked up to it being a brand new location and the organization is still being worked out. Youve got to give every new company a bit of time to work through the beginning stages of establishment. For that reason I gave it 4 stars, if it were a larger building, and a little more organized (which Im sure it will be soon) Id give it 5 stars. But even with the building being small, its still nice to have it there.

Usually enjoy Tijuana flats but this one is one of the not so great ones, the turnover rate is so bad that the new people generally dont know whats going on. More of the managements fault than the servers. But today I got a snippy attitude for not tipping on a to-go order when they forgot my hot sauce for the second time Ive gotten to-go service. This location is one of the smallest, your to-go customers should be treated better because of that. Its always something new and undesirable at this location

I never write reviews but I HAVE to for this company. Each time im there im greeted so nicely and taken care of accordingly. I usually do online ordering which is so efficient, I left my sauce on the table and the guy actually ran out to my car to make sure I had it!! Everyone is soooo friendly and kind and act like they genuinely want to be there and not snotty kids with attitudes like you would get at McDonalds or something. I love the staff!!!

Ive always had great experiences with other Tijuana Flats locations, but this one always disappoints me, I dont understand why. Starting with the food, it is incredibly bland and cold. The chips are stale and oily and the I feel for the money it is not worth it at all. The service is on point as usual but the food is lackluster at best.

Customer service well done by Cam...Manager a lot unrealistic for W.E reason...Like plenty of places more ice than soda smh...Steak Nachos good when not fighting to pull them apart...Soft chicken Tacos with one Jalepeño pepper, but delicious lol...last but not the least customers act like ima Alien!!!

Peppy workers but despite being slow, took a while for our food. My 2 tacos came out 7 minutes before my sons Mexican pizza. And the Mexican pizza ended up being soggy. None of the wait staff asked if we needed refills. Average rating 2.5. Not the best Tijuana Flats I have been too.

First, let me say it is the first company that sent stuff to Afghanistan that I actually got to experience while there. Second, their hot sauce kicks tail. Third, the food was FANTASTIC! Well worth the hell of Chicago airport to get to Florida to have some.

Blackened chicken burrito on a wheat tortillas with all the fixings, and a touch of Smack My Sweet A$$ and Call Me Sally, black beans and rice, and a cold Bohemia! Mmmmmmmm! Fresh ingredients, HUGE hot sauce bar, and awesome staff. Get hooked~

It was so crowded for lunch that it was impossible to find a place to sit. I ordered inside and had it to go but it took almost my entire 30 minute lunch to even get my food. I got the carnitas and the meat made me nauseous after a few bites.

Awesome service, awesome food but I dont expect anything less than that each time I visit. I believe Ashley (I think that was her name) was gracious to throw in a free drink when I came in to pick up all order for me and my husband.

The staff was friendly and had everything under control with our large group of 14. They kept up on refills and food came out in a timely manner. This is one of our favorite places and the chicken flour fluatas are our usual.

Great Place, Happy friendly Staff. A lot of food for not a lot of cash. Told them it was my Nephews B-day and they brought us out a Awesome Mexican Desert of some kind free of change. Good Food, Good People.

Tijuana Flats again! Typical TF experience. Once had undercooked rice for the entire group visiting there, but they were quick and non-hesitant to replace it and offered apology too.
