What I liked most about the shop was its hospitality, attention to detail and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I walked I was greeted by the receptionist she was very nice I explained to her that I was from out of town and I was looking for a place that could accomadate me and my needs because Im in a wheelchair. And I have in the past where I could not get a haircut due to the barbr not wanting to move s few things around to accomadate me. And as I was talking to her the shop owner came over and assured me there would be no problem cutting my hair and trimming up my beard. The shops owner was accomadating, exceptional, and very professional. Id recommend this shop to anyone. Manny

This was one of the worst haircuts Ive had in years. "Kaitlin" was so busy talking to the other barbers and the staff that she literally totally ignored me, even while I was in the chair! The only conversation we had was "How do you want your hair" and then "Hows this?". What ever happened to engaging with your customer? Oh - wait - you couldnt do that because the TV was so loud you couldnt hear each other anyway. The barber next to her had to ask her three times what she said. I wont be going back - and I wouldnt advise you to either. Maybe the other barbers are better, but this soured me on the shop for sure...

This barbershop wanted to be so "cool" and have the feel of the Ice Cube movie that they forgot to hire good barbers. This place down right is garbage. The barbers talk more to each other than try to focus on the hair cut. Went one time with my son and left after they messed up his blow out. The girl with the Cassie half shaved head didnt even know what a blow out was. This place has a group of wanna be barbers. This place is like this.. when you want to have a "dope" barbershop but you forget to hire barbers that know how to cut.

I havent been to this barbershop in awhile but when I go I feel welcomed. Chris is my favorite, even though he always has like 10 people waiting to get a cut by him. But the barbershop is organized, clean, friendly, and has a good vibe. Most barbershops when I have to wait for a cut, I get bored and agitated, but not here at All-Star. I recommend to anyone to come here, except if your looking to get your hair styled and blow-dryed and stuff that a salon would do, just go to a salon, this is a barbershop -G

Receptionist is incapable of good customer service. She doesnt answer questions, give advice, I ended up wasting an hour waiting for someone to cut my hair to find out he doesnt style hair... That would have been nice for the receptionist to tell me upfront when she recommended I wait for this person. She may be good at something in life, but this job is not for her. Never going back and will recommend YOU reading this comment to go elsewhere.

GREAT PLACE GREAT STAFF. I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR A YEAR NOW AND I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY. ANDY AND JOHN ARE BY FAR THE BEST BARBERS IN FLORIDA. THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND THE PRICE IS UN BEATABLE.WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE GOTTEN THE LAST YEAR THEY HAVE EARNED A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I RECOMMEND ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY THERE. Best haircut and beard trim out of anyplace Ive gone. Clean lines, great attention to detail, and very reasonably priced. While I dont mind saving a few bucks, I think they are under priced at $17.00 for a hair cut and beard trim. I paid $15.00 at Super Cuts and never felt happy with the haircut and didnt trust them enough to trim my beard.

Im a girl, and Ive never had great luck getting my hair cut very short at salons so I decided to try a barbershop. I was a little nervous given my gender but everyone at All-Star was welcoming and professional! My hair turned out awesome and Ive already gotten dozens of compliments since my cut yesterday.

Ive had hair cuts from several barbers here and all have been fantastic. Professionally run and managed and a real asset to the community! I was a barber for 24 years, I know a good cut. This aint no Hackerteria (just made that phrase up, I want my credit!)

Chris has been my sons barber for 3 years. He always does an amazing job! I wont take my boy anywhere else. Great staff and very kid friendly. My family and friends love it there too. Always a great experience, definitely highly recommended.

The absolute best barber shop Clermont has to offer. Laid back environment, great conversations, and the best haircuts. All of the barbers are great, my favorite is Megan. Definitely give them a chance, I wont ever go anywhere else!

Went in for a last minute hair cut and they were close...the web site said they close at 9:00pm and even there sign in the door says soo!!!! I went in at 7:00!!! If they close early it would be nice to let people know.

Do not come here! THEY ARE LAZY!! They dont even want to do the job they got hired for. They closed the store early when I went . If you dont like cutting hair find a different job !!!!
