I had such high hopes... My daughter and I were both excited for a full season of high level competitions and serious training. However, we decided to leave the team after the first competition because I neither of us could tolerate the environment here any longer. 8 months had been enough for us. We experienced many in-house problems... Lack of a schedule for long Saturday rehearsals, no one properly managing the books/payment system, inconsistent billing (I was paying more than my daughters classmates), young children left unsupervised for hours at a time causing damage to the facility. All of these frustrations could have been prevented with proper planning and someone on staff to take the lead here. Even after all of that, nothing could have prepared me for the level of unprofessionalism that came next. My 7 y/o daughter was called a brat, yelled at during a private and was told they dont come to the studio to "teach kids like her" and our private was called to an end. On behalf of the owner, the studio staff asked me to complete various sewing projects for them. One was given an upfront cost. Waited 5 months to get paid after paying out of pocket for materials, never did. Three costumes were made for two girls, those were never paid. I gave the owner a month and a half after I left to settle up and make it right, instead I was ignored. If you value your time, sanity, childs happiness, money and your childs dance education, please do your homework before attending this school.
