Ive been coming here since theyve opened every once in a while to cut my boys hair. At first the service was great and I recommended them to other moms. Im not sure what has happened with regard to management lately... But the customer service I received my last couple of visits have been extremely poor. One point in time they cut my sons hair completely wrong, given that it was my first negative experience I chalked it up to miscommunication. Then today of all days they decided to tell me that theyre closing early at 6:30ish while in the middle of cutting someones hair mind you...although according to their hours published theyre supposed to be open until eight. Normally I wouldnt take the time to write a negative review because I support entrepreneurship but in this instance when I rushed through 5 oclock traffic after work to find that my efforts were in vain and for them to completely waste my time and gas with no remorse rubbed me the wrong way. Needless to say I wont be visiting here again.

I have very straight hair and it is difficult to cut. Its so hard to find someone and once you find someone, they leave. Renaldo cuts my hair here. He always has time for me. Given the issues with hair that sticks up in all directions and having fine hair on top of it, he does a great job. My wife always said she never liked short hair on me. When Renaldo cuts it short, she loves it. A g-ds sent!

Straight fire, all the barbers are great at what they do and very social towards me and never boring. I highly recommend to everyone Ive never gotten a bad hair cut and always entertained, I dont see how its possible to give these guys a negative theyre professionals and great guys. If I could give more than a 5 star review I would.

My 3 year olds first REAL haircut was here & he was scared before the barber started. Karrlos was so great with him & was very patient & totally made him feel comfortable & now he gets excited to get his haircut. Definitely recommend Karrlos, especially if you have a little one!
