I called them 3 times over the past 2 days and left them a message but have not received a call back. I left them my name, number, and described my issue each time. I called Drain Genie once and left the same info and got a call back within 2 minutes...Update: I was eventually called back by the owner of this company. He explained the issue regarding the call back response time. its completely understandable with how busy weekends can be. Where I wasnt happy with the response time to my multiple calls, I was satisfied with the reasons as to the delay once I spoke with the owner. Rating changed from a 1 to a 3.

We had a problem with our toilets running water periodically throughout the day and called to get things fixed. Upon first seeing our bathrooms we were told that the toilets were very old, (we ourselves know they were here before us,) and it would be cheaper in the long run to be replaced. We agreed. Two days later they were replaced promptly and professionally. We are more than satisfied with the treatment and service we received.

Called around this morning we had a broken cartridge in our moen shower valve. I was told by several companies the shower valve wasnt able to be repaired. Pat came out as was able to remove the broken piece and fix the shower valve. It saved us a few hundred dollars. Thank you Pat and we now have definitely found a new plumber for all are plumbing needs. Highly recommended Pro Craft Plumbing.

I have to say this has been a great experience, I didnt know what to expect when I made the call to this plumbing company, new in town just a few days into my new house and I had sewer backup in my tub. So I made the call and the plummer came pretty quickly went above and beyond their normal dutys got the job done, and the price was good. I would definitely recommend this company.

My experience resonates the same as the other reviewers. PCP was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable about the task at hand. Plus the prices are fair! Would definitely do business with them again. UPDATE: Since the first visit, Ive had PCP come again and still provided the same quality service. They have a customer for life!
