The service I received at Euphora Aveda Salon & Spa was great and I was very happy with my haircut, however, when I tried to ask my hairdresser about the price before she started cutting my hair, she started laughing and was very reluctant to talk about it. I had to repeat myself about three times before she confirmed the price of the entire service to me. Then the hairstylist made a negative remark about my haircolor, I told her I really liked my haircolor, to which she replied "I do not think so"... Before leaving, she recommneded a certain product I should buy, and did not even ask me if I wanted to buy it, she just handed it to me and basically told me not to look at the price... I was kind of fustrated with her at that point. I will come back to this salon, but I will defintely want someone else to cut my hair, there is no reason for a customer to get mad or fustrated when they come to get a haircut, that should be a time to relax and be pampered. Other than my hairdresser and her weird antics, the service was great.

I am very happy with the cut and color I got at this salon. I got my roots retouched and then some highlights in a lighter blonde shade around the crown of my hair, and it really refreshed my hairstyle and overall look. What was interesting to me about the aveda hair color was that it is custom made for each client (not pre-made colors) and they are 97% natural. The cut I got was mostly just a trim with some new layers, and I liked how it turned out. Prices are a little on the high end, but I think its worth it. You get a lot of attention and nice little perks like a cup of free tea, and this place does all kinds of services beyond hair, like facials and waxing, etc. Id recommend this place to anyone who wants to only have natural, organic hair and skin products used on them, and a relaxing experience in a beautiful, big salon.

I am sorry but this statement is not true: "Horrible, dont try it. 25 dollars for a kid hair cut thieves!!! The place was hot no AC the service fair i do not recommend to anyone" I have been to this place several times and never a bad experience, her services are extraordinary, Over the Top Salon in Doral. All her products are excellent and natural base products. I am not friend with the owner, i am just a regular client; a customer who walked in to her salon like anyone would.. after my first experience i loved the service received. She is always on time, doesnt make two appointments at the same time, you do not wait to be serve. She loves her job, passionate, excellent when taking care of her customers hair ..... The service and treatment I got at Aveda was exceptional. I felt pampered and each employee was attentive to me. My negative remark is that I was told different prices and was expecting to pay a certain amount and was told a different amount afterwards. This was shocking for me. Come to find out I did not get the exact service done on my hair that I requested. I requested a touch up and got way more than that. My suggestion is to ask up front and know exactly what is being done and how much it is going to cost before someone touches your hair. I felt like I was not communicated the correct prices and services done. Other than this communication error, I recommend this salon.

Fernando is an excellent hair-stylist. His vast experience and European training make themselves evident in his work. Also, his new assistant Elizabeth was very courteous and gentle, while washing my hair. Fernando has been my stylist for years now; and recently moved to this salon, so I followed him to there. The location is easy to access (behind the Pollo Tropical on 107th Ave and NW 41st Street) with plenty of parking. However, if using Google Maps, make sure to include the shopping centers name with the address, otherwise you will be directed to the enclosed neighborhood behind it - Enclave. This salon has not association with Aveda , I just find out too late after I call Aveda corporate office to put a complain , was my First time here , dont go there for a facial or any beauty treatment , dont doit , that was a big mistake on my part ,the salon was empty now you know why ,The worst one hour facial I ever had in my life , dont know what are they teaching now a days on beauty school but this young girl was Horrible , feel like my face its been washed 20 times , that was the whole hour facial ,they just wash you face over an over they claim to be connected to Aveda and they dont even used Aveda products , a total joke

Over charged for services I did ask or agree to. Stylist rushed through services, answering phone calls, talking to customers at the front desk and delaying my service the entire time. Your either a stylist or a receptionist but not both. At the prices they charge, the focus snd respect should be on the customer in the stylists chair. Additionally, I found out they are fraudulently advertising as Aveda when they have zero association to Aveda services or products. If they are dishonest about their business to the public imagine the type of products/chemicals they use on our hair! They have no morals.

the salon is empty, only two asian ladies as employers, they will not talk about prices. they will try to sell you expensive products. you can get the same haircut for less money at any supercut . good luck

Even though I arrived after they were closed, at around 7:15 pm, I got my haircut. Very professional, and helpful. I enjoyed the scalp massage during the shampoo. Recommended!
