Very dissapointed, no one greeted me at the entrance as per some coments, I Came in on Saturday at 7:00pm, the door was open and someone shouted me from the counter that It was closed, as per the Web Site, this bussines closes at 8:00pm on a Saturday, They should have the decency Of at least take care Of my cut, after I mention that It was my First time at this location, and It was supposed to be open. No apologíes were given, nor they had the decency to great me and explain, this is a poor Customer Service. I would NOT recomend this bussines to no one.

I went to the Mustache Barbershop today and had an amazing experience! I was greeted warmly at the door by the owners wife. I asked to see Omar but, he was booked so she recommended another barber that could take care of beard trimming needs. I was surprised at the fact that no one had problems with me not being able to speak Spanish. The barber hooked me up and gave me a nice professional beard trim. Im definitely going to return to this barbershop they have won my business! Thanks for making my first barbershop experience in 15 years great!

I have been meaning to find some time to go to Mustache since I live in Coral Gables. I walked in and everyone greeted me (friendly environment). I cant stand going to Barber Shops and having to sit and wait. I felt like I was there for 5 minutes, in and out, played pool, watched the NBA Playoffs and most importantly got a great cut from a very friendly Barber. I will definitely travel to Doral and get a haircut at Mustache. A+++++++!!!

Terrible. I found this place thanks to the good rate at google, so I decided to give it a shot. I end with my head looking like a golf ball, and one side larger than the oder. I am now driving to a different place to see if they can fix this mess. Note: I had to pay at a different place to repair the Christopher Columbus haircut I got. I am aware that is not all personnel fault, but I cant recommend this place to anyone.

This barber shop received good reviews for others and thats why I have visited. But the barber guy literally spent less than 10 minutes to my hair and didnt even communicate more than 2 sentences to me. He was just hurrying up to move to next customer. After I came home I found he didnt really put an attention to the lines of my hair. I wont use this shop again.

Wow! What a difference a place makes! I was greeted, called for my cut quickly and Juan, the barber who attended me was talented. He cut my hair and beard as if he was painting a Rembrandt. They offered me a free beer, customary for them on Saturdays. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes looking fabulous! Definitely coming back! Manny S-

Hands down best service I have ever received at a Barber Shop. My barbers name was Freshy did an amazing job not from here but, would definitely come back when I need a cut. Atmosphere of the shop was very laid back the lady who attends to clients as they walk in was very charming and nice. If you havent gone you need to go!

My barber was talking over the phone the entire time while he was cutting my hair. When I went to talk to him he gave me an attitude like if I was questioning his job. After which his attitude got worse. He was just not paying attention to what he was doing. The barber had a piercing in his nose. Probably not coming back...

best haircut ever!!! i didt have to wait for a long time like other places! the staff is super friendly they offer free beer, water or colombian coffee with the haircuts. the parking was not a difficult thing for me, like for others maybe because of the time. i will totally recommend this place. will be back next week!

Absolutely the best barbershop in town, in less than a minute I was on my chair chatting it up w an amazing n skilled Barber. Cold free beers for myself and the wife. I had my haircut done by Javier (I believe thats his name...didnt quite understand...hes the guy in the far end, in the right corner of the shop by the washer with the faucet). Probably best haircut ive ever gotten. They now got themselves one more loyal costumer. Will definitely be going back there.

Great experience! As soon as I walked in we were attended right away although we had no appointment. Clara was able to cut the hair just like we wanted after looking at the hair style from a photo. We will definitely come back again.

I just took my son to that place for a hair cut. A hair cut. I paid $21.00 for nothing. He ended up the same. I told that lady to cut more hair and she had cut a lot but, it was the same. Will not go back that place. Alicia

Poor customer service, my barber did not apply shaving cream while doing my beard, towels smell bad, very noisy, not a relaxing atmosphere at all. Very bad experience and will never go back again.
