The staff running this specfic funeral home were extremely rude and unproffesional. They tried holding my fathers ashes after the cremation had been paid for. They tried to scam my family, who was sending money for donations. In a time of loss, when stress is already high, id reccomend finding another Funeral home with honesty and compassion. As horizon was a terrible experience.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They dont do payment plan and wanted $10.000 up front. I found the Funeral Director to be rude and unprofessional.
