These people expect you to go from Fort Myers-to Sarasota-or Tampa to New Port Richy and pay you 10 bucks an hour, no incentive for gas just get to work or get fired. They can care less about the ware and tare you put on your vehicle. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Dont work for them, dont take their Jump start training unless you finish it, and get ready to be their slave running around long distances for peanuts. After travel youre looking at 7- 7.50 an hour to work your buns off in the construction field sweating back hurting crouching etc, where nobody cares about you. I worked for them for quiet some time dont do it.... They will slave you for something you can make being in the A/C all day if not more.

Piss poor staffing company to work for. Many a times your lucky if you get 40 hrs a week at the same job site and when you do... your a slave cause the guy running this location. He makes big bucks off your ass, terrible at finding you more work after job is done or contractors no long are in need of you (the employee). Starting to think this Company lost its reputation in Lee County after sending out wrong classified employees. drive long miles and if your lucky...you get drive incentives, no benefits. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! The gentleman running this location like to kiss ass with contractors.

Been with Rams now on and off since 2005. While Ive had other jobs every time I worked for Rams went well. Good money and always paid on time. Now they also offer benefits if youre there long enough.
