These people are the WORST in my opinion. I gave them 1 star because it would not allow me to give them 0 stars. In my opinion the are a bunch of liars with unethical business practices. I called and spoke with their salesman Greg regarding creating a logo and other printing needs. He said to stop by so he could look at the logo and give me a price. I stopped by their place of business (Friday) and Greg gave me a price for the work and said to stop by on Tuesday to look over the logo and make any changes if needed. I called on Tuesday and he said he had not even started on the logo but he is going to do it after he hangs up and to stop by on Thursday. I called on Thursday, he did not return my call. I call 6 more times with the next few days and he finally texted me to stop by, the logo is finished and the owner, Barbara will take care of it. I stopped by around 1:00 PM in the afternoon and spoke with the owner, Barbara who said she would honor the price and would go right back and get the logo pulled up and she would call me when I can stop back and look over it. I did not hear from her so I called at 5:15 and she said she was going back to the graphics area and she would call me right back (she did not). I called the following morning and she said the same thing, to wait by the phone and she would call me right back (she did not). This went on for 3 more times until today. I called and said you have promised me a logo 2 weeks ago and you still have not even returned any of my phone calls. She said things have changed and she would not honor the price she had agreed to, but for a higher price she would create my logo. I was upset with her unethical business practices (bait and switch) because she had told me on numerous all she had to do was go into the computer and pull it up. She said if i did not like that I could go somewhere else and have them create the logo. Which I did, I went to their competitor and it came out GREAT! Plus, they got other business from us

Giving them one star is not low enough. I had placed an order to have shirts done for my company and they never got done correctly. The ones they did do, were the wrong size and said they would fix them in a new order and not charge me for the ones they messed up. I had purchased 10 shirts myself apart from the ones they sell and took for them to print/embroider on and they basically lost them. I called multiple times but they never answer or dodge my questions about my order. When I did get in contact with them they said they had given them to me and if I wanted them redone, I would have to pay them back for the shirts they messed up on to begin with. I have used them before for many orders and in this past year they have gone down in their honesty and work ethic. Will never use them again.
