I only give then one star because i have to, they do not deserve any stars. They will be quick to get you your proposal and the price will be great, but then once they have your money, they do nothing for you. They will install a poor quality product with scratches, dents and poor stain, and will give you the run around for getting everything replaced. On my third go around of cabinet doors with them and has been ongoing since Nov. I cant get answers, the owner is never available and the people in his office, while they do their best, cant get you answers either. Theere is zero communication with them and the customer, especially when you need answers. I agree with the man below, they will pretty much take your money and then they dont care what happens after. They took me for $12k and I still have very poor quality cabinets. Dont let this be you!! Do you business elsewhere. I was told by an employee that my job was the 4th or 5th job this happened to in the last few months. They push it off on the reps and mfg and accept no responsibility and when the rep or factory is not willing to replace, they will not replace either although they have all of your money. I gave them my business because the owner comes off as very trusting at first...but then he will lie to your face and tell you things will get replaced when they actually have no intention of doing so. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GENERAL CABINETS!!

We really wanted to keep our original cabinets as they were hard wood and in good shape but once we redesigned the space, we found that we needed additional cabinets and a weird L-shaped corner cabinet. This meant custom design of cabinets and then the ability to match the finish which wasn’t a standard finish. Your craftsmanship in design resulted in the new cabinets being indistinguishable from the existing ones. Your finisher took her time but was able to exactly match the finish, which really impressed us. We now entertain often and we constantly get compliments on the cabinets and the unique finish color.
