There were 3 people working when I arrived and one person waiting ahead of me. After the guy ahead of me was complete, his barber walked outside to smoke a cigarette with someone who came in after I did, while Im still waiting for my hair to be cut. The third barber also finished with this customer and walked outside to join the other two, again while I am still waiting. I spent 30 minutes waiting for a haircut with one barber free for 5 minutes and 1 barber free for over 10 minutes without anyone saying a word to me. The inside also smelled disgusting as it was filled with smoke.

They all seemed really nice. As a Mom having to go to Barbers I normally feel out of place, not here. It was a comfortable vibe. The wait was horrendous (weekend before school starts), but it was totally worth it. My son was very pleased!

They advertize that they take credit cards. They never take them. Take down the signs if your not going to take them. You walk in there on the windows and beside there chairs. Remove the signs or take credit cards.

The owner literally yelled at me in front of other customers because I went outside and answered a phone call while I was waiting. This guy is crazy and rude.

Customer service was bad.Felt rushed and uncomfortable.Gave me attitude when I told him how I wanted my eyebrows and beard a certain way.The Zone is better.

My husband has had several haircuts from Tight Fades and it is the best place around. The barbers take their time and do an excellent job.

Dont go here if you are in a rush, youll end up watching half of a movie. But they do awsome work and the guys are all friendly.
