SEDA Homes are absolutely breath-taking and my family and I were able to make one of their newly built homes our forever home. Being first time home buyers, we dreamed of buying a home that would be exactly what we wanted rather than having to buy and resale until we built up enough equity to actually purchase a home that we could call our forever home. Due to the creativity and newly designed features of the SEDA Homes, we found it in their Magnolia Model and surprisingly, it was within our budget.
