Came through on an out of town visit for a day. Very friendly and a wide range of equipment for being in a smaller store. Squat racks and free weights not just cardio and machines. The staff was so friendly I felt compelled to say something. The weights and equipment are definitely older, but the place is clean.

My two older boys attend MMA here under Joel Hardcore fighting and its been a great experience and very affordable monthly for each of boys fee to learn something that is of good GODLY structure. Also has a gym membership in the same building with state of the art equipment..
