This company is not disclosing information regarding property they represent for sale. After having an inspection, I have discovered that there are many issues with the home, but they continue to put back on the market at a high price. You might as well buy a 300 thousand dollars house. Any company willing to sell a home with tape on the roof is a disgrace. Do not buy ANY home from this company.
