I went to the gun show in Sebring last month, and decided to buy a safe. The sales person Adrianne greeted me. She was kind and knowable about the safes she had to offer. She told me all about safes and sold me exactly what I was looking for in a safe. No hard sell tactics. She told me that the safe I ordered was at there shop/warehouse and would be delivered in about 2 weeks. Just as they said I received a call about delivery and Frank arrived very close to the time given. Frank offloaded the safe in no time flat. He adjusted the door, Showed me how to use the lock and other functions. In short I wish all my encounters the businesses were this smooth. After about a week I called Frank to relocate the safe. And again Very professional! He had the safe moved in under 30 mins. A-1 Action Safe & Lock great company he my book.

I paid top dollar for keys made there because I live close by, wanted to save the trip to walmart and thought who better to make me some keys. Every key they made me did work but not very well. I have to put the key in the door forcefully and jiggle it to make it work. Ill probably go to walmart and get another one so I dont ruin my lock!

I called To make an appointment to get a safe fixed. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Before they came out they had me speak with a Technician about the problem. He walked me through several steps first to try to fix the problem. It worked without a home visit. Will definitely recommend this company.
