We purchased a ring for my daughter a 3 years ago. The diamond has fallen out of it 3 times and 3 times headquarters have sent us the label to return it for repair (one time the diamond had fallen out and was in the jewelry box as it was in transit back to us as repaired. Jostens now no longer make this ring admitting that the design is faulty and have insisted that we are not entitled to a refund if we send them back the ring. They said that she has to choose another one from the catalogue which she in no longer interested in due to the inconveniences. I even asked if we could replace her ring for one for my son who is coming up for graduation (for my sins), but the answer was no.

They have amazing customer service for only having 2-4 people in their office answering phones, and helping people who walk in. And its very comforting that everyone there is willing to go above and beyond. They even stay after their closing time to help!

Very rude and insensitive to the customers needs, poor service if you can even call it "customer service ". Not accommodating in any way, very sketchy. I called corporate headquarters and made a formal complaint. Apparently, Im not the first one.
