Ive worked with several staffing agencies throughout the course of my corporate experience. I was never truly satisfied and always felt forced into interviews or constantly offered positions under my skill level and not exactly what i wanted. Years and several jobs later, i was referred to careerxchange by a family friend. On my first visit to careerxchange I met a recruiter by the name of Chris Aguilar. I immediately felt a strong connection and mutual understanding of what exactly it was i was looking for career wise. Throughout the search for my current position, working together with Mr. Aguilar, he always kept my best interest in mind first, he picked up so well on my personality and people skills, professional skills too of course, that he wasted no time sending me off to interviews where he knew i wouldnt be a good fit for. He offered amazing business tips and helped prep me for my interview. Id highly recommend Mr. Aguilar as your recruiter. He is extremely honest, straight to the point, maintains a high level of professionalism, respects your wishes, and he helped me attain the career of my dreams!

A lot of people may not know this but after graduating high school, I had no idea what I wanted to become in life. I thought maybe becoming a temp, I would somehow get inspired by some kind of industry by being exposed to different types of companies. I was right. I googled the nearest staffing firm and met my amazing recruiter Annette. I remember being her "star temp" because everywhere she would ask me to go, I would go...and make her look great. It wasnt until after a year of temping that I realized I wanted to become a recruiter. Due to the knowledge I gained through temping at CXC, I found my first position working for another staffing using CXC as my crutch. Fast forward 10 years later and here I am working for CAREERXCHANGE but now as a Talent Acquisition Manager and I can honestly say I have never been happier. Never did I know that as a 19 year old boy walking in through the doors of CXC, that 10 years later I would be doing for others what my recruiter Annette did for me. I owe CXC and its management team my career and happiness. I hope you find yours with us as well.

Horrible Experience from a very unprofessional company. Starting with the front desk. To start with, the receptionist, a very rude young woman, was on her cellphone on a a personal phone call. If the office phone rang, she would pick up the receiver, say "please hold" and continue her conversation. This went on for a few minutes but even if it was only one minute it is very unprofessional to leave clients waiting on the lobby or on the phone while you carry on with a personal conversation which obviously couldve waited. While waiting to speak to speak to the receptionist, A very loud conversation was going on in one of the offices in the back. I could hear them carry on and one particular person was laughing so loud, everyone in the lobby could hear him. I did not go there looking for a job, I was there for them to assist my firm find office personnel but after seeing how unprofessional the staff in this company operates, I found another agency that were more to the standards we expect from a client.

From the instance I stepped into the office, which is very finely lavished, I was warmly greeted by the loving receptionist woman. She professionally introduced me to the company and aided me in the required steps that were to follow with a beautiful smile and infectious laughter. She made me feel more than welcome. After completing the initial steps required to snag me an interview with their prestigious leaders I was greeted by Maria Martinez. A dashing young woman whom assured me she would be able to assist me in the market. After an extensive review regarding my background, following protocol we both reviewed the final steps to ensure my eligibility for the company. All in all, it was a marvelous experience and I would recommend this establishment to those in need of income. If I could give it more stars, trust me I would!

This staffing agency was not a good place to find a job. Back in November, I arrived at the office to meet with a recruiter to discuss finding a job. Once the recruiter arrives, we speak in the office waiting area and he tells me to send him an e-mail with my resume and that he will let me know when to set up an interview with him. I send him the e-mail that same day and I never hear from him. I sent him a follow-up e-mail a couple of days later, again, no response. Recruiters are not supposed to do that. You are working there for a reason. It doesnt hurt to follow up at least once through e-mail. After this bad experience, I recommend prospective employees to be careful because you might get the same reception I received. You send them your information and they will never respond back to you.

Where to begin? CareerXchange has catered to my career needs and goals in the most professional way. In my opinion, they stand above all other employment agencies. I have an abundance of experience with employment agencies and Career Xchange is one that I can count on. They not only treat their recruits professionally, but know their worth. Not to mention, they work with only the best, companies and offer competitive salaries. Ive been going back to CareerXchange for years now. Smooth sailing. From promotion to promotion Ive always counted on this agency. They are tactful and detail oriented. Their communication between employer and employee is superb. This review is only a reflection from a first time experience. In my first experience, I was impressed that they even got me a job, because other job agencies that I applied to would never call or email. careerxchange got me a job at a call center. In my opinion office oriented jobs are better than labor jobs thats what I asked for, thats what they got me. I am impressed. using this agency and in the span of two weeks they landed me an interview. Although it would help you as well as them to have work experience, and that can be tough when youre just starting to find work. lying in your resume a little or exaggerating a little might boost you to a position. They did good, If Im in need of finding work somewhere else I will use them first, and well see how that goes.
