Great barbershop, i came here after my original one kept disappearing for months at a time. "The boss" did a haircut on me that got all the attention, and looked sick after he finished. These guys take their time to make sure that your cut is perfect and looks solid, unlike other barbers who simply put, you tell them; "i want this" and they just pass the machine cut a few hairs and ya theyre done, they dont care what they did they want you out. I even told them it was my first time here and "the boss" said "dont worry i got you" and damn well he did. The people here are friendly and the atmosphere is extremely relaxed. If i can recommend anyone in the cutler bay area and beyond to get a haircut, this place would be my first recommendation.

Excellent Barber shop. Unfortunately most Barber Shops close early on Sundays (one of only two days that most people are able to go and take care of personal business, including getting a haircut). But Ground Zero was not only open, but they also answered their phone promptly, the staff was friendly, and they were genuinely concerned with ensuring that I was happy with my haircut. No rushing of customers in order to get to the next one. Brian didnt take long but he also wasnt rushing through the haircut. It was perfect. The business was also maintained clean which is also important. No hairballs all over the ground to get attached to your sneakers. Thank you guys for an excellent experience. I will definitely be back.

Went today for the first time and finally got a perfect cut by Danniel. I have a weird shaped head and previous barbers make my haircut look obnoxious or too bald when doing front tape, but Danielle did a perfect job without me doing any explaining. No more looking for other barbershops. Thank you Danniel and thank you ground zero for great price.

Been coming here for little while now and honestly I love it. I used to go to fine line and other places but the thing about those places is they are not going to do there best and they rush to see the next person. Here they do there best and its an experience because they dont rush unless you ask them to. Great place highly recommend them!

Found this place a year and a half ago, when I needed a haircut for a job interview. Loved the result so much and received so many compliments from strangers that Ive been going back ever since. I commute from Philly just to have these guys cut my hair. Theyre all chill, friendly, helpful and skilled. Would recommend them to anyone

After years of cutting my hair at random barber shops I came here after getting a card for a 5 dollar off my first cut Im never changing over. Super clean and it doesnt matter who you cut your hair with every barber is amazing at razor cuts and scissor cuts. Super polite and cut all gender and ages. 5 star in every book.
