I have been going to the salon since November 2016. On my last visit with Nelsy I asked her to even out my hair due to the fact Juana had cut about 10 layers into the back. Now my hair looks worst than ever!!!! I dont know of any real beautician that will cut hair once it has been blow dried. Now my hair is completely uneven. Also they have unlicensed girls trying to do everything. Last visit I asked for a toner to take the brassy color out so Nelsy had a unlicensed girl put in the toner and I had purple blotches everywhere!!! Im so disappointed!!! No one should ever be done like this. My hair looks like my 5 year old cut it. Ridiculous!!!! I will never go back!!!!!
