By far the worst place you could ever deal with. Its embarrassing that they treat people like this. I highly recommend finding a different place. I wish I would have never picked this place. The "funeral director" Dennis is horrible. The guy has the nerve to make jokes while we are there. He made an EXTREMELY rude inappropriate comment about the loved one that passed away. He was loud and had an attitude, even rose his voice because I asked him to turn the air down during the viewing because it was extremely hot. He told us that there would be enough pray cards but of course we ran out and no one knew how to make them and Dennis was gone. Just a horrible experience all around I could go on for days about him. The burial itself was also horrible. Dealing with the people is a nightmare. They all leave from 12-1 for lunch so everything shuts down. I went there to switch the site and it was 15 minutes before closing and a lady told me to come back in the morning because they were closing and she was not going to stay past closing time. I went back in the morning and dealt with a different person and the paperwork only took 10 minutes to switch. The day of the funeral was very upsetting. I had to look around for a worker because no one explained the process to us. They were in such a rush that the hole in the cemetery wasnt properly cleared out. They had to jump in the hole to finish clearing it out while everyone was there. Then once the casket was in the hole, they were in such a rush to kick everyone out. They made people move so that they could move the tent and chairs. They then attempted to fill the hole before anyone left but didnt because I said something and of course the workers gave me attitude about that. All around this place is horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Only care about the money, no compassion at all. They quoted my family a price on the phone and made us drive all the way over there for paper work plus send my grandfathers body over there to then give us a completely different price! All the lady said was sorry you drove down here but we cant give you that quote. Also the day of my grandfathers service they booked the wrong date we had to fight with them to make it for the day we told them and they kept blaming us for giving them the wrong day and saying that the the women that books the days has been working there for years and she had never made a mistake. ( also mind you we had family that came down from all over not just Miami!) we were in tears already because my grandpa had just passed plus the added anxiety these people gave us. They did eventually fit us in after arguing and several calls back to them for them to rush everything and tell us to hurry up with our good byes. Horrible horrible service! They are however very quick to collect / charge the money and very pleasant to deal with if its regarding payment/money.

These people dont have any respect for anyone who is resting here or their families. Our loved ones grave and thone next to her once had foot marks all over it from the workers who were burying someone next to her. They always throw away everyones decorations without notice or motive. It took them about 4 months to finally place grass on our grave and it was dead grass!! They just threw it on top of the dirt! They didnt even make an effort to make it look nice. Weve addressed these issues to them multiple times because they continue to happen. Every week its something new. They dont care about anything. The entire section of our lot has never had any maintenance... EVER! They basically use our lot as a dump literally!!!!! Its enough that we are going through life with the loss of our loved ones, but these horrible people just add insult to injury... I regret ever choosing this stupid place for my loved ones resting site.

This is by far the worst place I could ever imagine!! Turns out they threw away a vase and a cross I had put in my sisters mausoleum and put a fake rose (my sister hated fake flowers and the entire family agreed whomever would take flowers, would never put any fake ones) because they now decided they want all of them to be the same. However, some still have a plastic bottle with water and flowers and a cross hanging from the small vase they include in the mausoleum. The least they could have done was given us a call to have us pick up her things and not throw it away especially the cross. They force you to buy a plaque to put your loved ones photo and their fee is $450 when you can very well buy one for $50-$100 anywhere and its pretty much the same. All they care about is money and nothing else.

If there was an option for zero stars that is what I would give them because thats what they deserve after of a funeral of theirs I recently attended. Once the church service started they disappeared and there was no one there to close the casket. Then when the service was over we didnt even get to walk out of the church behind the casket because once again they were no where to be found. Its like they dropped off the body and just left it there. The worse ever and I would never recommend them to anyone. Not sure why they treated this family particular in this manner but I found it to be highly disrespectful.

It is utterly unfathomable the problems that have occurred within the last year of coming and dealing with the grave site. They leave the grave site unsatisfactory to give them a compliment. There has been multiple complaints almost monthly. Dennis was laughing and joking during the wake. They did not have the grave site properly prepared for the casket drop and had to bring her back up while the family and friends were watching. The workers for the cemetery are rude and act like it is not their responsibility.

This cementery is horrible. Good luck in trying to find a comptenent person in this place that will correct anything wrong with your families cementery plot markers.Get ready for a load of fustration. I am looking to move the 3 family members already buried in that cementery to a better more effective home to rest in peace. I had to file complaints against this cemetery with the U.S. Dept of Consumer Affairs- Cemetery and Funeral Bureau Division and the Florida Dept Division of Cemetery & Consumer Services.

This place only cares about money, thats all. The other day my wife and I went to put flowers at my moms mausoleum only to find that a floral arrangement my wife had hand for my mom representing each grand child was removed. This was a very special to the grand kids because every flower hand a momento from each child. It hurt alot to see this. And as stated the employees are rude , even office staff is very rude. If I can give them zero stars I would.

Horrible experience with this place. Extremely unprofessional. During my best friends service guys with shovels came in to dig out grave more. Before friends and family could leave, workers came in with a tractor to dump dirt. I wouldnt recommend anyone to bury their loved ones here. I also was told they made a terrible comment about my friends appearance after she fought cancer for two years. If I could give them zero stars I would.
