I used to come here when it was the old Washabouts, it was nice back then - no question about it. They then closed for 3 years or so and I had to start going somewhere else that was not as convenient nor as clean and that made me mad. I saw they reopened several months ago but I wouldnt go there because I was being stubborn because I was still kind of mad, if you know what I mean. I heard about their loyalty program from several people and finally gave in and went there. WOW, was I ever impressed! It was nicer, cleaner, and the employees couldnt be more friendly and helpful. Im still mad, but Im now mad at myself, for boycotting this place for the last 3 months. Its cost me time (because not only did I have to drive farther but I usually had to wait for machines - here I didnt. They have a bunch so Ill see how that goes in the future but I dont think its going to be a problem) and it cost me money (more in gas to drive to the other place and the other place was more expensive compared to the bonus program). So, they now have me back as a customer. Im happy and Im sure theyre happy to have a new customer as well. I dont normally write stuff like this but I felt compelled to this time. Hope this helps somebody.

This place is awesome !!! If you must do your laundry at a laundry mat. N ft Myers laundry mat is where its at !!!! Sit in air conditioning or fresh air , walk and get a snack at Speedway or Big Lots or any of the other stores very close. Use WiFi if needed heck service is so good here , get your laundry done for you .M Ft Myers Laundry Mat does that great too !!!!

We use the wash, dry and fold service which is great. It keeps us from having to do the chore of laundry and they do a great job. They even can get stains out usually for us which is a plus because we can be messy. The only downside is that sometimes they dont fold our underwear, but most of the time they do.

Best service EVER! The staff is so nice and there are plenty washers and dryers! Its clean unlike the other laundromats around town! Im new to this place and I will definitely be coming back here these guys earned my 5 stars :)

This has got to be the cleanest laundromat Ive ever been to. Large building with lots of washers and dryers. They even have tables outside to sit at while you wait.

Open Air, Clean, Helpful Attendant, can handle 80 lbs in largest washer; thats a lot of blankets...Vending, Air Conditioned waiting if you So choose, Comfortable.
