This place should go out of business!! The guy on the front desk- owner he claims to be- is the rudest and disrespectful person!! He has no idea what customer service means!! No manner at all. He barely speaks English too! He must learn the language and go to some sort of training in the business to learn how to treat customers and be respectful!! IT is a total disgrace to have someone like him at such business that involves manners, professionalism, decency, customer service and reliability!!!! I booked and appointment with him for today, Monday, at noon. He called like an hour prior to the appointment to cancel. Against my will he rescheduled for 3:30 PM and when I got there, he plainly said he will have to reschedule again. When I argued with him, he asked me to call Groupon for a reimbursement, he also said hell call himself, and asked me to step out of his business in order for me to place the call. He also said he did not want to give me any service in his spa! Claiming he is the owner, he missed his real purpose in life!! He clearly hates women. The way he treated me leaves many questions in my head in regards to the real reason for the business to exist!! I will make sure everyone all over the Internet and at Groupon knows better and never ever again try any coupon for that place! As I came to this site, I had the chance to read several other reviews. How come Groupon still accepts that business promoting themselves on the site? Awful place!!!! Disgusting front desk-owner-attendant!!!

I called this place to book an appointment so many times and when finally some guy answer he was lack of customer service. First, i told him i have a groupon for a deep tissue massage and he asked me for the voucher number. I told him to give me a minute i have it in my phone, he told me call when you get it and he hang up. I call back many times and again nobody answer. Id wrote a email complaining about the situation and after a few minutes the same guy called me and i booked the appointment. And after he called me again but this time he was very upset. He ask me why I wrote the email, and he told me I should wait for a return call, and he said that number is a cellphone number, they dont have a receptionist, and he is also the therapist. He told me to call groupon an get a refund. I told him to appreciate my email if he care about clients. because i said i have a groupon, and complaint he is upset. Dont answer the phone, no return calls in a reasonable time is rude. If clients are complaint it is because there is a reason. All this was a 30 minutes call waste of time, i ended very upset. I called groupon and i got my refund thanks god.

The man was very rude when I called to make an appointment. He wouldnt allow me to schedule two appointment at the same time. I wanted to use both of my Groupon, one was a gift for my mom and the other was for me. He also called me the day of two hours prior to my mothers appointment and cancelled stated the therapist was sick. When asked can he get a backup he said no one was available.In regards to rescheduling he told to get my money back from Groupon and that I wouldnt feel comfortable. GReat and amazing massages here! I have been coming here for some years now, and everyone is nice and friendly. All the massage therapists have been great and listen to your concerns. They apply healing hands exactly as you request it. You can purchase multiple massages in 1 shot to get a discount. The owner is a super nice guy and accommodates us even with last minute appointments! Excellent service, highly recommended!

this place is crasy, on line to make apt they ask for you to pay before being able to chose a time, and i called set an apt, adn he wants me to pay first on the phone with my card before hand, he has done groupons with so many restrictions, he needs to learn what customer service is, why if i ve never been there shoulld i pay before i can set a time, or pay before going, there are too many spas around

Total SCAM and illegal advertising on Groupon. The ad on Groupon says "New clients only OR those who have not used the services in the last 9 months. I am not a new client and I have not been there in 9 months. They did not honor the Groupon. The guy said that he was the Manager and he was rude. This is clearly a deceptive advertising practice and I am reporting it to Groupon. Dont be scammed!!!

i agree. groupon scam is correct. you can go there and get a massage for the regular charge, just i wouldnt get the groupon. I payed $50 for the groupon. Man at the front desk put the wrong date for my massage and gave me false impression that it was an earlier date. never got my money back because apparently there a $30 cancellation fee.

Crappy service they never answer the phone. Please dont miss your appointment there is a $30 reschedule fee and they dont do phone call reminders. Thats not how you should run business... dont believe the first two reviews pretty sure its somebody that runs the company. Purchase many Groupon massages before this has been the worst!!!
