So Im new to the area from Jamaica, Queens. Im used to getting a haircut once a week. So I was nervous finding a new barber. I have seen some crazy fades since moving down. Stephen at big city is no joke. I felt right back at home. Perfect fade, perfect cut. I received compliments on my fresh cut all day. The music and the other barbers made the environment worth every penny and my time. Thanks for making my move to Florida that much easier. See you in a week. Lol

The haircut was fine but, I kept getting cut in line because apparently they made appointments. No one ever even mentioned it to me so I sat there for an hour before someone finally said, "Yo, they had appointments." When one of them was finally free, he didnt want to cut any more hair because he wanted to go home. Same thing happened to another guy and he got pissed and left. You have to communicate with your clients...returning or new.

I came in here with a appointment on time twice and still had too wait over 25 min. The last time I came here I had a appointment and ended up waiting a hour and eventually left since the store was gonna close. Wouldnt recommend it unreliable and unprofessional.

I Have been coming here for about 3 years now and have never left unsatisfied...the staff is friendly and the barbershop is clean. All of the barbers are top notch!!! Mr. Louie is the best in town, dont miss out on an amazing experience and perfect haircut.

First time reviewing a company. Walked into this place on a Saturday at 1:30. One barber was working and no customers were in the place. He told me he couldnt take me because he had appointments and to come back Monday. Dont go here!!
