WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! All of these positive reviews, yet there are still a couple of negative ones. And every single review on here, is followed up by the business, either thanking for the compliments, or apologizing for the poor service. I am in need of employment and I have put in MULTIPLE applications for positions they have posted, and every single time that I have applied, I am treated poorly like I do not matter!!! Never asked to come in for an interview. Never asked to come in to put in paperwork. Every single position I have applied for has been for customer service. And I have been in the business of customer service for over 20 years!!! Both in retail AND call centers. So I have the experience and the qualifications!! And just now, I called in, got a female who didnt even answer the phone in a professional manner. No name, no thank you for calling, just "Express..." And when I tried to ask my question, I get "Can I put you on hold please?" where I waited on hold for nearly 5 minutes while my phone was dying!!! To be then told that I do not have a file with your company, that I was sent an apparent email saying I didnt qualify. I just put in an application earlier this year. This is ridiculous!!! All of these "positive reviews" and yet still you treat certain applicants like garbage!!!! Well I am no longer going to tolerate it!!! I would call in and ask for this Brian right now, but my phone is dead!!! Thanks for nothing Express!!! All future applicants, youre best off looking somewhere else!!! (Edited to Add) There was no immediate response from the owner to this rating. I do not know WHAT Google is talking about or smoking. Because I regularly checked back and saw nothing. But needless to say, I emailed the person below, as requested, and NEVER got a response. Thank you for proving my point!!! PATHETIC!!!

The staff at Express Employment are really awesome. They are really professional and they didnt give me a false hope. My staffing consultant was Kathy Fowler Tolbert and she is so affable. I filled out an application at morning, and they arranged me an interview the same day. Also, I got the job as a Design Engineer. The process was so easy and swift. After trying so many staffing agency I landed on this one, I wish I should have approached them first that could saved lot of my time. Glad to know these people.

Express Employment is without question my #1 choice for a staffing agency in Ocala. While unemployed, Express was able to find temporary assignments for me which helped to sustain my income needs until an opportunity for full-time employment came available with one of their clients who hired me! The staff at Express Employment and their process is fantastic.

Very helpful!!! I was a stay at home mom for over a year. Became a single mom and had to look for work quick. I tried everything for 4 Months and wasnt able to find work. Finally i went through express. They helped get me a temp position and then a full time position. The team is eager to help those who want to help themselves. Great company.

Great place!! I moved here from Detroit in 11/2014 and in less than a week they had me an job. Now i had got laid off 12/30/2016 I am surely coming in them doors Jan 3. 2017 bright eye and bushy tell...I dont know if everyone know Brian Ballard but he doesnt play any games when he says he has something in mind believe you me he does..
