This place is amazing!! The office staff Amanda & Nina are friendly, welcoming and very professional. The unit I rented was very clean and easy to get too, as I had to move stuff from another family members unit to my own. They made sure to get me a unit that was across from my family members unit so i didnt have to go far to transfer my things, and I didnt even ask them to do that! They knew what I needed without even asking. They were very accommodating! I have several family members who have units in here and they love the place as well. It is convenient and the girls are always there to help when I have questions. Glad I chose to rent here. Thank you Amanda & Nina for all your help!! I will definitely be recommending Storage Haven to everyone.

We have had not 1, not 2, not 3, but FOUR units for random happenings in our life over the years at Storage Haven and the wonderful ladies have become part of our family as we have moved our girls to college, then back, then to their own cities, then home. Over the years they have also been a part of all of our holiday decorating and finally participating in our down-sizing recently...which led to MORE units as I cannot get rid of ANYTHING, apparently. ;-P Thank you, Storage Haven for being, truly, my home away from home. (with everything in those units I could decorate another home!) Maybe I could save some $$ and just move there! ;-D

Wow. What a gem of a find in Odessa Florida. Both Amanda and Nina are fantastic people to work with as they go above and beyond to get their job done. The facilities are secure, very well maintained and professionally managed by these two young ladies. The parking lot and buildings look brand new and are very clean. Unit pricing is very competitive with the surrounding area and the location is easily accessible. I recommend this facility, managed by Nina and Amanda, without reservation. If you have a need for a storage locker please do not drive by this location. You will miss what I found-- a gem of a facility.

I rented here several years ago and had good relationship with the two gentlemen who managed the office. It was such a good experience that I came back to rent again and found two very sweet girls, both of whom are a delight. I am greeted with smiles, some laughs and a professional business attitude and product knowledge when the pleasantries are completed. I know rating a storage room isnt much of a task but when you had your unit overrun with critters and your stored items inundated with water from a leaky roof its nice to do business with true professionals with proper business ethics.

Great value for the money. I have had a generally good experience with Storage Haven. The staff has always been very courteous and gone out of their way to be understanding when times were tough. The only con I have is the access to unit after hours and weekends. The gate code has only worked correctly a couple of times. However, was able to call 24hr number and get in with little problem. Would recommend them.

I was moving to Odessa and needed a storage unit to store my stuff. The Storage Haven was very close to were I was moving so it was very convenient and they even let you use their hand cart! The staff is nice, friendly, very helpfully, and they even have cold bottled water waiting for you when you get thirsty moving your things into the storage unit! How cool is that?

The owner has a great piece of property its kept very clean very secure and I highly recommend it to anyone....
