I called to make an appointment for today and was able to get in by noon. When I got there I was asked who my appointment was with, I said it was with Tim. There was a general confirmation but no one introduced themselves as Tim. The atmosphere was rather cold and uninviting. A gentleman came in with no introduction, looked pissed because I was there and was very curt in his attitude. I assume the other barbers picked up on his attitude because they asked if he had an issue seeing me. He replied he had an appointment in 5 minutes so I quickly got up and said I could wait. To say I was relieved would be an understatement. Unfortunately I had an emergency and left without getting a haircut. All of that aside, the haircuts I seen leave the shop looked awesome and well done. I dont mind paying extra for a quality cut and the service to go with it but shity attitudes is not going to earn my business.

Go anywhere for a haircut; go here for a great haircut. There are just two principal components to getting a good haircut: 1 - The extent to which what you want is communicated; 2. How skillfully it can be executed. Theyre probably both equally important, but given the understandable difficulty in verbalizing a "look", and how inarticulate people often are, appraising a barber on the former cant be done without simultaneously appraising the communication skills of their clients. That said, I want to offer my assessment of that more objective component of getting a good hair cut: the barber’s skills. This with confidence: Impeccable. These cats are the best around. No matter what you’re looking for, you’re gonna look sharp as hell when you walk out.

I have been going to Fades since it was first opened a few years ago. Bryan and his staff have been very welcoming and respectful to me over the years. I have been getting fades since I was a kid, and this is the first shop that I feel welcomed and comfortable going to. I have referred co-workers, and personal friends to this shop, and will continue to go there because of the customer service and how personable Bryan the owner has been with me over these past few years. I have seen his shop grow from one chair/one barber to what it is today of 4 chairs/4 barbers (and growing); these things do not happen by accident, growth comes from great customer service. Keep it up Bryan and team.

Typically its all about the experience. This visit was more. My first barber cut in decades. Bryan took care of me. And, not only was he attentive...he delivered exactly what I was looking for - a fresh cut and new look. Topped off the great experience with a browse of the shave items in the shop. Again...Bryan took the time to walk me through a number of options and it was tough to resist a new shave brush and soap. So many options and competitive pricing (I had previously purchased some of the same brands on Amazon....but great variety here and great lines of products all in one place is sweet.) Keep up the super work gents!

I used the same barber for 10 years in North Carolina. I never thought I would of found someone as good as him when I moved to Florida. I tried a few places in the area about 10 or so. I went to Fades and meet Bryan I have been going to him for 2 years or so now. not only is he as good as my guy in NC but I have to say he is better. Nothing short of perfect. The Shop is just a cool place to hangout and lots of TVs. I have tried to save time and get a quick cut at some other place near my house but is just not the same and I quickly remember why he is worth the extra 20 min drive.

Do you want a haircut from someone who truly knows what theyre doing. And on top of that theyre a legitimately cool dude. Then go see Bryan. Ive never had my hair cut from the same person twice before he cut my hair. Nor have I had my hair cut 2 times in the same month. Bryan turned my rats nest hairstyle to an awesome, professional cut. I never thought Id get a fade. You get the works with him, hair cut, beard cut and trim. He even has warm shaving cream and the straight edge razor.

I travel the world for business and as a result have been to countless barbers around the globe. These adventures have resulted in some questionable haircuts at best... I tried this place out on one of my trips to Dunedin and Dan at Fades literally gave me one of the best haircuts Ive gotten on the road so far! Sharp, clean lines, and quick service. Highly recommended. And for only $20 + tip, the price is unbeatable! What are you waiting for? Make an appointment and ask for Dan already!

Great Barber Shop! No frills, no gimmicks, just a very good haircut at a good price. All the barbers there are very good at what they do. I personally go to Bryan Abernathy: Hands down the best barber in the area for a good fade. Ive been to easily more than 30 or 40 barber shops in and around Oldsmar, Tampa, Town n Country, Citrus Park, etc. looking for a good barber for the last 13 years, and no one has done a better job. You guys have a customer for life.

Never going to a chain again. Hands down one of the best barber shops Ive been to. Called ahead of time to set up appt which turned out to be a good idea because the place does get a lot of customers. My barber was Tim - he cleaned up my beard (edged) and gave an awesome haircut. Hot towel too - good old school style. He took his time to make sure it was how I wanted it cut. Fantastic experience, highly recommended. Going there every month. Thanks guys.

Excellent Barber Shop. They normally want you to make an appointment 48 hours in advance, I needed my haircut the day off. I called Bryan (one of the owners) and told him that I would only be able to go in during my lunch break. He made arrangements so that this could be done. Im satisfied with the haircut he gave me and the beard trim. Overall EXCELLENT and CLEAN shop and would definitely return and recommend!

5 stars is not enough they deserve 10. This shop is amazing. I have scene all the guys work there and everyone of them have some amazing talent. I have been treated with top notch service from day one here. I dont have to say a word and they already know what I want before I tell them. The owner is a great guy and runs a clean professional shop. I would recommend anyone to go here.

First time in. Were nice enough to fit me in despite website making no mention of appointment being recommended/mandatory. Said I like my fade high and would also like a beard trim. Got a beard edge and not a trim. Cut looks good, lines are great, but wasnt what I asked for - especially with no beard trim, and their attempt to remedy was reassurance that my hair looks good.

I have been going to fades for more than a year and they never disappoint. Top notch haircut every time, I see Bryan, but Devin and Dan are experts as well. My son (5 year old) loves their comb overs. Friendly, clean and the biggest difference is they dont rush it like other shops. Best barbershop I have been to..
