Horrible Company, will promise anything to get the job, charges you extra for rush services that can not provide, if you have a dead line do not work with this company, especially the sales man by name John Latorre, do not trust for a minute this guy, he is quick to add a charge for rush service to your bill but can not call you to monitor the process since you new customer and may have hick ups with order or just the check up if job is going smooth, when you email do not answer and last minute tells he can not meet the deadline, We do not need dishonest businesses in Orlando like this. I do not leave usually reviews but other businesses must know, google needs thumbs down or remove from google search for businesses like this not a star

Professional High Quality Service!! From the moment I called Andrew to submitting artwork to Jonathan, to speaking to the manager John to delivery, I could not have had a better printing company do my business cards and postcards. I am highly pleased and extremely impressed by Alpha Presss high quality service and professionalism. I needed my business cards and postcards for work and spring show in California. I hadnt submitted my artwork on time for the postcards so they printed me temporary ones which were AMAZING to take with me in the meantime since I got the fancy UV spot raised and embossing and a bunch of other custom designs which took longer to make. I plan on ordering from them again in the near future.

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever received. On top of that they screwed up my order and it took five weeks longer for me to receive it. Five weeks! This was my second experience with them. After the first terrible experience I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. There are plenty of other printers out there who are professional, communicate clearly, respond to your questions and concerns promptly and will complete your order correctly and in a timely manner. Stay far away from this place.

I am always in search of an expedient printer in the Florida area for faster shipping to The Bahamas! I literally "stumbled" across Alpha Press during a google search, contacted them to place an order for brochures and much to my surprise, not only were they able to offer Same Day turnaround, but the cost was extremely competitive compared to what I am use to paying. Awesome customer service/response time and the quality on the brochures were A grade. I just found my new printing home! Thanks a million Alpha!

I have used Alpha Press for multiple orders including business cards, brochures, vinyl banners and outdoor signage. Their communication is always good with quick responses to any inquiries and quotes I need. Their prices are rather competitive as well, I was quote by 2 different printing companies in Orlando and Alpha Press was at least 20% cheaper than the competition. I would recommend Alpha Press for your printing needs, good service and quality product indeed!

I have used them for projects for work (business cards, envelopes, customer service packets, etc) and for my childrens elementary school memory book (yearbook). The quality of the products is wonderful. They keep you posted as to the status of your job, so you dont have to wonder where they are in the process. And you can even pay online now, which was a great feature on my last order. I highly recommend Alpha Press!!

At first they were doing what we paid them for. However as time progressed the orders took longer and longer to complete. Until they were sometimes 30-45 days for business cards or simple magnetics. I was told they would reimburse my fee for a job which I am still waiting for. this company is highly not recommended for signage

Good quality, nice people, lousy timing. Missed 3 deadlines by a very wide margin. Were very nice about it, but generally unhelpful and unwilling or unable to remedy the situation. I will definitely move my business elsewhere. There are too many printers in the world, and they were certainly not the cheapest.
