La peor tienda que pueden ir a comprar, cuando te diseñan la cocina sus medidas son erróneas, te mandan los gabinetes todos que abren en el mismo sentido y te dicen que gires la puerta tapes los agujeros y las pintes, sus planos para montar una cocina son una mierda, colocan muebles pequeños que no entran ni los desagües, colocan gabinetes en la mitad de los tubos de los extractores, son un ruina se parten de nada, si devuelves algo quieren quitarte un 25 por ciento del producto, etc etc, es una mierda alejense de ellos

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! We have had nothing but disappointments with this company. Our cabinets were designed incorrectly - even after their contractor came in to measure our kitchen. The parts they provided were not functioning properly. Some of the doors only come in a certain configuration (the glass doors for example), so you have to assemble it from an already existing wooden door, which leaves you with holes and marks from the existing hinges of the wooden door. Their assembling directions were not complete, so our contractor had a hard time installing it. Finally, a little less than half of our doors arrived with some type of damage - its been over 6 weeks... and we are still waiting for a replacement. This is apart from their extremely unprofessional service both at the store and through their customer service.

Economical alternative for DIYers. The staff at the OBT location were EXCELLENT and very professional. They went above and beyond when it came to Customer service. Robert made the entire process easy from overall planning , layout and ordering my cabinets. Thanks to the staff for their assistance. Cabinets were easily built despite the enclosed instructions. An online video of the instructions would have been helpful.Highly recommend the staff at OBT.

This is the worst store I have ever bought in my life! They have a terrible customer service, the cabinets are poorly done and some parts are always in back order. You try to call the store and it takes forever to have someone hanging the phone. I dont recommend at all!!! Go to Ikea!!! Much better... they only sell what they have in stock. You will have to assemble yourself aswell so stay away from cabinets to go!!!!

Worst company ever!!! Most of my cabinets were damaged and have been waiting for replacement parts for 9 months. I received some replacement parts and cabinets and they were either damaged or wrong. Stay away from this terrible company. (Should not receive a star, but had to click one in order to post this review)
