If I could give this a 0 star I would ! My daughter attended the kids and company on reaford when she turned 2 and it was great. But PLEASE hear me when I say ..... DO NOT take your child to the kids and company on curry ford. They ended up closing the daycare on reaford and my child was moved to the one on curry ford 2 months ago..... I pulled her out yesterday. When you walk through the door it sleeps like mold. Ms Maria is a very nasty mean woman who does not care for the children at the daycare I highly doubt she is even certified go be a director. My daughter was told that she was not allowed to poop at school... She was afraid to go into the bathroom for some reason . she would run into the bathroom to use the restroom when she got home. There is not enough teachers per children. The last 2 months has been a complete disaster at this place. The teachers look miserable and do not look like they enjoy being there. My child was refused snack and had to stand up while everyone say down I seen this with my own eyes. When I tried to speak with them about the "issues" my daughter who is now 4 was having they had nothing nice to say about my child and it was almost like they didnt want her there ! While everyone was giving starburst my daughter was denied the treat. My daughter has said that ms. Maria grabbed her arm and squeezed it so hard it left a mark. I will be calling dcf on this school. This school should have its doors closed. I am very sad that the one on reaford closed and the teachers who worked there are forced to treat the children at the new daycare like dirt. My daughter has clinged to my leg when dropping her off at school. I would love for the actual owner of this school to pop in there for a day to see what business she / he is running because it is not a place I would ever tell anyone to place there child in. I have no idea what my daughter went through when I was not there and I feel horrible that I didnt see the warning signs before. They are nasty nasty people and BEWARE if your children are there . If they do not like your child they will find a way to get them out. And by reading the reviews below i ssee I am not the only one who thinks this way. You get what you pay for but there is no way a daycare should treat the children the way my daughter was treated. Please read the reviews in here and on yelp before you put your child here. She was physically forced and held down to stay on her may at times and I ignored the signs. This daycare should be shut down !

0 stars. Lets see... We took our one year old son here for several weeks after moving to the area. Its the only preschool in the area without a wait list so we didnt have much of a choice. My son is a a growing boy and requires food almost every hour or he loses it. This place would not let us bring snacks for him to eat throughout the day(this is not a DCF regulation so there should be no reason why we cant). The meals they provided were small and seldom. Every day when my wife picked him up he would cry the whole way home and then we would have to feed him right away when he got home... Then he was fine. Every. Day. One day he came home with a bite mark on his back. I mean a really bad one. It had started to scab over since it broke his skin. No incident report, no nothing. Didnt even say anything about it to us. We contacted them to ask about it and nobody could give us an answer... WTF? I understand biting is common but theres no way he wasnt kicking and screaming from pain, so they must have just ignored his crying and chalked it up to hunger. One Saturday they called my wife to come pick him up because he had a "fever". He did not have a fever. My wife had to leave work to get him because they didnt want to listen to him crying anymore and they wouldnt give him a snack. Also, my son is trying to learn how to speak. Only one of his teachers could speak English... And it was bad English. We could not communicate with them, we could not tell them anything regarding our son, nor could they tell us how his day was. We finally got an opening at the Conway learning center, which does allow outside food(yay!) And withdrew him from kids and company. On my sons last day (the Saturday they said he had a fever) my wife was asking about all his stuff so she could take it with her. She asked about his diapers and they told us he had none left but we just dropped off a sleeve of 64 diapers that Monday. So he used 64 diapers in 5 days? Youre telling us you changed him an average of 12 times a day? Thats more than one diaper an hour! So they refused to return our remaining diapers, effectively stealing them from us. This place is the pits. Its so bad AND they are thieves!

My son was 3 and still on a sippy cup. They would not allow him to have his cup. Said he had to drink out of a regular cup which my son was not comfortable doing that yet. They would not allow me to pack him a lunch. He would have to eat what they served. My son was in the sandwiches, nuggets, and mac and cheese stage. Not carrots, wild rice and other foods that they were serving. I needed to work so I paid for a week. Brought him in his first day. He cried. Thats normal. I figured since i didnt receive a call from them that everything must have been going good. When I went to go pick him up I was horrified!!!!!!!!! I was walking up and on my right side you can see the window. My son was in the corner crying the kind of cry where HE couldnt catch his breath because he was so upset. i watched to see if they would do anything. THEY DIDNT, they ignored him. I stormed in. He was so distraught he was screaming "BYE BYE BYE BYE BYE" thats all he would scream. I asked them what he ate alllllll day. They said nothing! I asked them what he drank, they said nothing! He had dried tears and was all a mess on his face. His eyes were blood shot from crying so long which indicated to me that he cried the entire time. NOBODY COMFORTED HIM. THEY WOULDNT LET HIM HAVE HIS SIPPY, MY SON DID NOT EAT OR DRINK THE ENTIRE 9 HOURS. THIS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE SURVIVAL DAYCARE, DRINK OR EAT THIS OR STARVE! We came home and he was still shaking and crying. I quit my job that night. I went the next day to talk to the woman in charge, she would not give me my money back that i paid for the whole week. She was not concerned about what I told her. She acted like it was some kind of bootcamp. She said "If he is thirsty enough he will drink from a cup and not a sippy, he is too old for a cup with a lid" THAT IS FOR ME TO DECIDE. FOR ABOUT A MONTH EVERY TIME WE DROVE PAST THE DAYCARE TO GO TO THE STORE HE WOULD CRY AND SCREAM BECAUSE HE WAS SCARED I WAS GOING TO TAKE HIM THERE AGAIN. GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED THAT WHOLE DAY. NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU COULDNT PAY ME TO!
