Never ever in your life go to this barbershop. I have been to this barbershop twice now and both times I was ignored after being told to put my name on a list so I could be next up to be cut. Today was the last straw for me I walk in after being at work all day so I could get my haircut there is five barbers when I walk in 2 of them just finished a haircut, one of them walked out the back never to be seen again the other one sits down and starts playing on his phone. After that the third barber finishes up his haircut and decides to go over and talk to aother barbers about basketball. Me and another gentleman waited another 45 minutes to be ignored the entire time and I couldnt stand it anymore so I got up and left because no one was paying any attention to me or trying to cut my hair. So if youre in town visiting or are you just live here and youre looking for a barber do not ever pick this place they are disrespectful, rude, and ignorant. take your business down to Orlando five star cuts because they are very friendly they are attentive and they do everything in their power to get you in out as fast as possible with a super clean haircut . And just one more time if you didnt get the picture already this place is garbage.

I explained exactly what I wanted for my 5 yr old son. When I got home i realized his hair on the right side was longer than the left. I asked for a fade And clean up his edges. I wish I could post a picture on here so you can see the terrible hair cut my son got. I dont want to hear no B.S. oh its because hes 5 and moves around. My son sits still every time he gets an haircut. I will be there tomorrow to complain and get either my money back including the tip or someone better fix his hair. This is ridiculous. The only reason why I went there is cause our regular barber is on vacation. Someone needs to address this issue. I am beyond pissed. Now my son will be going to school with his hair looking like crap. How embarrassing! I rather handle this situation than my husband cause then itll be a bigger problem.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unprofessional as can get. I was new in town needed to cut most of my hair off so I go here since it was close.. This man (forgot his name white skinned big dude with dreads wears black gloves think he batman idk) tells me to get in his chair I asked for a simple low fade with a two on top.. It turned out to be TRASH!!!!!!! Pushed my edge back & messed up my fade. Soon after I ask how much he say 20..... Without eyebrows.. I gave him the 20 he treated me like crap through the haircut & then when he over charged for the mess he made he looked at me dirty expecting a tip Save your money.. Theres a barbershop on Hoffner 2 minutes away (Orlando 5 star) good people good cuts just focus on the middle guys..

Got there at 9am when theyre suppose to be open a couple of people already waiting outside I get out and wait 30 mins outside (in the heat) and they still werent open, at the same time theres a barber inside cutting somebodys hair, the least he couldve done is let everyone inside and wait but instead he stood there cutting hair while the door are closed and the customers standing outside, I will never give them my business again as I found that there is a way better barber shop .01 miles away called "Styles Of Life", I would definitely not recommend them to anybody

Weve been going here for 4 years and lately its been terrible. They literally shaved half of my brothers head and didnt even touch the other side. Theres been more than one occasion that we had to go back for them to fix his hair cuts. Then the barber had the NERVE to look at me as if I was going to tip lol. Luckily theres a Great Clips that just opened up just a little walk over across the parking lot. Save your money and energy and just head there instead. Those people know what theyre doing.

Razors touch is one of the best shops in Orlando great relaxing vibe as soon as you step in and everyone is great with getting clients the cut there looking for. Eli is the best of the best his attention to detail is bar none and always gets me back in the game. I always get compliments on my hair now after going to razors touch and asking for Eli! Zero dissapointments!

Just waited an hour and a half for a haircut that never happened. No customer service whatsoever. Barbers were taking their friends who walked just walked in while I continued to wait. They are way too slow. I dont know how many times I saw them stop what they were doing and take personal calls. The owner should be embarrassed.

I joined several clients waiting outside in the heat for this business to open. Operating hours posted where reflecting two hours late. Recently relocated from D.C. Referred by nephew. Maybe being on time is not important. Never returned.

Wasted 2 hours waiting to get a cut. People came in after me and got cut before me. I was the last one left. I sit down to get a cut. And these coons tell me they aint got time to line up my beard. I walked away. Dont deserve my money.
