First time I went as a walk in. Waited 30 minutes for a chair. Was pointed to the front chair and I asked for a 2-1 taper and to take a 1/4" off the top. The barber proceeds to cut my hair while on his phone, taking random breaks throughout my haircut. What shouldve taken 15 minutes took 35. Thought Id give it another go with a different barber. Made an appointment and didnt get seated until 45 minutes after the fact due to the barber calling over regulars before me. When I finally got in the chair, I asked for the same cut. Even showed him a picture of how I did it. Cut the front waaaay to short when I specifically said not to. Im not from Orlando and am not a regular. I was constantly sized up by all of the barbers. This place has terrible customer service unless you speak Spanish. Would not recommended to anyone. TLDR: Dont go here unless you speak Spanish or know a barber personally or else you will wait forever and end up with a shotty haircut.

im not from the orlando area, so i wasnt sure on which barbershop to go to, so I checked online and this place didnt seem to bad. Haircuts are $10 for ucf students, which i thought was a decent deal. So i walk in as a new customer, a guy quickly ushers me into a chair. I SPECIFICALLY asked him a "5" on top and a "3" on the side multiple times, the guy says ok...I wont bore u with the details main point i dont know if it was just this guy or if the same goes for all of them but they dont seem to listen to anything you say and just hack away at your hair. Didnt get the haircut i want, instead I get a terrible tape-up, the guy trimmed to close to my head so it looks like i have bald spots (Im 22 years old with a full head of hair) in certain areas and the guy just shrugs it off like it wasnt his fault. Dont go to these people, Im gonna stick to my barbers back at home who actually have customer courtesy.

I have never felt the urge to put a review for any business on Google but this place deserves it. They literally gave me one of the worst haircuts of my life. I asked for a simple 2 on the sides and half an inch cut off from the top, but the guy literally cut off almost the whole front part from the top and didnt even touch the rest of the top. My hair was literally looking like stairs. Ive gone here before and decided to give them a second chance because even the first time was pretty sub-par. The haircut was super uneven because barber missed several hairs on the sides, and my left side was clearly longer than the right side. The price is $14 for a regular cut and $10 for students, but its honestly worth $7.

Been coming here for almost 4 years now, used to be great but all their best guys left at once to go start their own barbershop (according to one of the guys still working there). Theres still a couple solid barbers, but for the most part not great. Cuts are ok but nothing special. New guys like to talk on the phone the whole time or stop mid cut to help out their regulars (wtf???????) DONT ASK FOR A SHAVE. Besides like 3 guys they will tear your face up. Expect them to shave you exactly how their beard is (usually a chin strap and pencil moustache, no matter what you ask for) then shave you so hard youd think they were aiming for bone. Searching for a new shop.

Ive been to numerous barber shops in the Orlando area and was never ever satisfied with the quality of the haircuts or even the experience while at the shop. Ever since Ive stepped foot into Stop Barbershop 3 years ago, I have never stopped going ! The quality of the haircuts always exceed my expectations ! The customer service is superb ! Not even with my barber in New York City have I ever felt at home as much as I do while visiting this shop every week ! Give Stop Barbershop a chance, I promise you will not be disappointed !

I went there today, and despite the fact that I called in a reservation, people who came in after me got service before me, the guy who cut my hair didnt speak English very well and gave me a haircut that Im sure would be popular with the kids, but is far from what I asked for. Two weeks from now I will find a better place to get my hair cut. I didnt think they were rude, just not to not attentive to my request.

This shop the worst man when i went there they messed up my head im from the islands and i want to move back to get a better cut because this shop and people there suck i hope they can change there freaking shop.Even the young people living just quite and stop messing up people hair because i will damge your hair too dumdacoth rasta man out peace all love and recpect big ups

This place has the worst cuts in and around Orlando. Do NOT go getting your hair cut by the older gentlemen! If you can try and go for the younger guys, even then it wont be a guarantee of a good cut! Just to put this into perspective I have gotten a few bad services here and there but this is the first time I have ever gotten up and written a bad review. Shame.

This place is about moving in and out getting to the next customer even theres nobody there. There over priced for the work they do guy screwed up my line up i had to go to anothee barbershop just to ger a new shape up a simple fade was all i asked for.

Didnt feel welcomed at all when I walked in. Poor customer service and mediocre haircuts. Just like previous reviews the barbers were more accommodating to their regulars rather then the new customers such as myself. Wont be coming back here.

I only go here for one specific guy, and thats Jesus. Id definitely check him out. Hes fast and everythings spot on. Been going here for about two years.
