It is rare to find a company as well rounded as Three21. They have an excellent staff who treats you like you are their only client. Their work is very professional and always done on time. They have done my website, all marketing materials, online marketing, SEO and have developed a long term marketing plan that has already yielded excellent results. Wanted to like and use them. But the owner is never available and the process to reach him seems a bit difficult, after spending 5-6min explaining what we are looking for....instead of receptionist (who claims all she does is answer phone calls) writing it down, she insisted we go to there contact form and write down everything I just told her. Man I was excited to use these guys too =(
