I have used this location for about 2 weeks. EVERY time I walked in there was just one unlucky employee behind the print desk. I visited it about 5 separate times in 2 weeks and each time she was rushing around like crazy...over-worked. The wait time was in excess of 10 minutes each time. The sad part is the other employees were ALWAYS standing at the counter in the middle of the store and I was told it was because they were "NOT TRAINED to work back there. The excuse I also received was the long wait time was because someone was on vacation for those visits. Really?...I guess that makes it acceptable for the customers to waste their time to accommodate the employees scheduling? BUT.....the real issue was yesterday...which was my final visit EVER to an OFFICE DEPOT. I went in at 11:00 AM and dropped off about 30 pages to be copied in color and laminated. I again felt sorry for the counter girl and told her it was not a rush and that I would be back in "a few hours" to pick them up. I showed up 8 hours later and 3 employees were once again standing around behind the counter in the middle of the store doing absolutely nothing. I went to the print counter and when the lady came to help me she said the work I requested was not done....because they were told it was not a rush job. (I guess 8 hours is considered a rush because I hoped it would be done the same day?) I was still polite and she suggested I go and have a pie at a local restaurant and have coffee for an hour and she would call me when it was done. I wandered around a local store (Target) killing time for 90 minutes and then went back to the store. When I got there the print job was on the counter....but nobody called me to tell me it was ready. As normal,......since only one person was behind the counter, and the others were standing and joking at the middle counter....I had to wait. When it was my turn I realized the color copies were done in black and white...which might have been acceptable...but the machine was obviously low on toner and the laminated copies were very pale. I told the man behind the counter and he said..."sorry" the lady at the middle counter said "sorry" and I told her I was NEVER going to shop in Office Depot ANYWHERE again because of the experiences I have received. I vote with my money and there is a great FED EX store right down the road in Pensacola, by Sams Club. They will always get my business because of the incompetence and lethargic attitude at the Office Depot store experienced in Pace, Florida. UPDATE: I left this same review on the corporate website and also on Facebook. Both places said I would be contacted.....but nobody ever did. I am done with this place. Also...I went to the FedEx store and nothing but professionals and experts. No children working behind the counter that were more worried about their next exam. I WILL NEVER SHOP IN ANY OFFICE DEPOT AGAIN

A fairly quiet and not usually crowded store. Its in a small strip center with a couple other not so busy places. If you know what youre looking for, its a great place to walk in, ask for an item, and the workers will get it for you without a problem. On the other hand, if you arent exactly sure what you need it may be a little harder to find what youre looking for. The layout of the store is a bit confusing, and there are no signs letting you know what is in each section. Its more or less of a guessing game to find the right area.

Great back to school sales! Starting mid july start watching sales ads and stock up on all your office supply needs for the year. This particular Office Depot is always well staffed and my most recent visit was super. Anytime I even looked like I might be struggling to find something there was an employee ready to help.

I just went there tonight at 8:15 pm and they were closed. Their sign says on Fridays closed at 8:00 pm. Their website says that they are open til 9:00 pm on Friday. Well I will try again tomorrow. Hopefully the kids that work this location will be able to find what I am looking for if their website is correct.

I like these guys - they are friendly and helpful. If they cant sell you something they will tell you where to find it. Its nice to have a home town store. I go there about once a week for the past several years.

Visit was to bring in used printer cartridges and buy file folders. It was a nice experience with staff to find what I came for. The store is uncluttered, clean and organized.

Be careful they are Escambia take a brand new laptop and tell you there is something wrong with it and try to charge you for the price of a brand new laptop
