If I could give the school zero stars I would. The school is ghetto and the classrooms are overcrowded. I took my daughter out after two strikes. The first strike, I was coming to pick her up and a staff member (not my daughters teacher) was yelling at her to not play with the toys, I was watching through the glass and the lady didnt see me. When I walked in the class and asked her why was she yelling at my daughter her entire attitude changed. She stated that this is just how she talks. I asked her for her name because I never seen her at the school, she said she used to work for Kiddie City but doesnt anymore and just comes to help out when there arent enough teachers. I was so disappointed , I asked Annabelle (the director) and she denied this but why would the lady lie and why havent I ever seen her around the school. Second strike, the school called me saying my daughter was complaining of pains in her arm when she woke up and that she just slept on it wrong and that she was ok. She was in so much pain when I picked her up, I decided to take her to the doctor and it was deemed that she fractured her elbow. The doctor confirmed that this type of fracture resulted from a hard fall. Annabelle (the director) advised that she would check the footage and get back to me.....never heard a response. The staff is rude except for a few teachers . Lesson learned you get what you pay for,. Be aware if youre considering this school, they will take the tuition with no problem but staff and teachers are very negligent and have no clue how to take care of kids.

IMR Transportation

IMR is a small transportation company that offers door to door transportation service for kids in the areas of Pembroke Pines and Hollywood. Our company has been working for Kiddie city for more than 5 years now and they have been very puntual and professional at doing business. The kids that attend kiddie city are always full of excitement when ever the bus driver drops them off. Displaying how well and fun their daycare is run. Thanks to the help of Ms. Annabelle the coordinator who clearly has a passion for her job providing the best daycare solutions for every parent and child. IMR is more than happy to continue working with kiddie city and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a daycare service.

Crystal Mineo

Not needing a full time daycare I was excited to learn about their drop in program where for $35 a day my son can go and socialize and play with other kids his age. The teachers are very attentive. I have dropped him off and picked him up at different times each time and the kids are always kept busy and all seem very happy to be there. At the end of the day I receive a report with his diaper change times, how much he ate, and how his temperament was. He is going 2x a week and always leaves happy.

Great prices, the owners/staff are a nice family and they facility is nice as well. very quaint, very intimate, but somehow spacious at the same time. My son went here for a few months while his mother worked there.
