Beware: D&A Auto Body provided a slightly cheaper estimate, and they seemed friendly...initially. We had them do a bumper and fender repair. The work appeared "acceptable", with minor gaps where the bumper meets the fender. Several weeks later, the bumper sagged and remains floppy and gapped where it meets the passenger side fender (has hardly been driven as its awaiting our 15-year-olds upcoming birthday). The car just sits. Absolutely no damage or contact has occurred since the "repair". I brought the vehicle back to D&A and very politely asked for them to look at it. Initially, they looked underneath and saw the zip-ties I had set to repair portions of the plastic undercarriage (damaged by parking space curbs). The zip-ties and previous damage were present when D&A did the repair. I pointed them out beforehand. So the secretary accused me of having caused damage after the repair. She was adamant! The owner appeared, and discussed the issue with one a third repairman....IN SPANISH SO I COULDNT UNDERSTAND THEM!!! This was not random, they clearly shut me out of the conversation by using Spanish. The owner then told me that some kind of support behind the bumper was pushed in and needed to be adjusted (at $48/hr). He said that the support was probably pushed in pursuant to the crash which damaged the bumper initially. I asked why I wasnt told that at the time of repair. He answered, "You asked for a bumper so I gave you a bumper....Im now telling you (that it needs the additional repair)." So which is it? They went from accusing me of post-repair damage, to telling me I got the repair I asked for and nothing more? Buyer beware!!!!

Let me preface this by saying I am now retired but I have been in the car business for over 40 years. I have done car sales and eventually became a GM for one of the Detroit car makers. Simply put this guy is a joke. Gave me a quote for work and pointed out "imperfections" in the metal and said to fix it there would be an additional $500 to look good. I said no problem and paid accordingly. Went to pick up my car and none of the "imperfections" were fixed. He and his little helper started claiming this and that blah blah blah. His paint job was filled with dust spots and runs. The paint had tons of orange peel it never was wet sanded. It was pure and utter garbage. The worst part is the rushed out feeling you get once youve paid. Its ok ok you can go now. I wouldnt recommend an enemy to get their house door painted by this rip off artist. I guess its true what they say "Cheap work isnt good and Goodvwork isnt cheap"

Daniel and his wife are AWESOME!! I am the type of person that read reviews before I go anywhere so when I saw that one bad review it made me want to go else where, however, I went with my gut feeling which told me to give them a try. One thing I loved is that Daniel made me feel like I knew him forever and I had just met him on this past week Wednesday. I originally had a scheduled appointment to take my car to Atlantic Collision this upcoming Monday but the people there just sound like blah blah when you speak to them so having Daniel make me feel happy about coming there is what won me over. I love giving people my business who seem happy about what they do, that lets me know that they will do there job well and with pride. Anyways, they were reasonably priced and had my car ready, washed and clean in the inside on Friday. Thanks Daniel and everyone at D & A Auto Body...you guys rock!!!

Daniel and his crew did such an amazing job with my 2012 Infinti FX35 that I actually created a google account just to tell people that they should experience great quality work. I, 100% would recommend anybody to go to D&A Auto Body. Daniel and his crew are an awesome team, I hit the jackpot when I found this body shop. I was amazed with the professionalism and work that they provided for me. Not only was the work perfect but they actually washed my car and handed it back to me spotless. Have a 2 month old, brand new 2012 White Pearl Maxima that some bonehead hit. Rear passenger side & back quarter panel damaged. Brought car to D&A, was given an extremely fair quote, and time to fix car. Shopped quote elsewhere, and was on lower side of several quotes, plus had been recommended by friends. Dropped car off and was ready within quoted timeframe. Quality of work was superb, as well as extremely proffessional.

Very satisfied with a job well done. Danny was a lot less than two previous estimates and he was very pleasant and accommodating. Without charging me extra he also touched up a small scratch on my door and removed what looked like a much larger scratch but he just got it off with some kind of chemical on a rag. He also was kind enough to give me a small jar of the paint to use as touch up if I ever needed it. GOOD WORK.

These guys are the greatest -- they saved the day when a piece of my sons bumper became detached on Friday and I needed to get out of town -- they got it back on and looking good within a very short time and charged me a VERY reasonable sum to do so. Even though this job was small they are obviously such honest guys I would not hesitate to bring any job to them, big or small.
