My daughter was here less than a week. On the very first day, when I went to pick her up, she was outside at the playground door begging to go inside. She was obviously in distress, she was over heated with red cheeks and hair matted to her face and crying hysterically. The teacher was just looking at her. I brought her inside gave her some water and got her to calm down. Upon leaving the facility she started vomiting. Her stomach was empty as they had not been able to get her to eat and she apparently had not been shown how to use the water fountains outside. I couldnt get her to stop vomiting for over 20 mins and nearly took her to the hospital. She was dehydrated. That should have been red flag number one, but I gave the school the benefit of the doubt and brought her back the following day. I was told that the kids would no longer be going out in the afternoon if it was too hot outside (it had been 90 degrees the previous day). Fast forward to day 3, my daughter is hysterical about going back to school because one of the teachers "hurt her". When I asked her how, she said that the teacher grabbed her by her arm, twisted it, and pulled her to the carpet. I was baffled. I understand that a child crying a lot can be frustrating, but we are talking about a 3 year old who has never been in a school environment before. Obviously there is going to be some adjusting time needed. Now keep in mind, there are cameras in this facility. However, she was in a classroom outside of her own, so of course I couldnt see it. I alerted the staff there and was told that they would look into it and review the footage and that they take allegations like this seriously. I subsequently removed my daughter from the school, told them they could keep the weeks payment (although she was there for only 3 days) but that I wanted my deposit back because I now have to find another place for her to go. I explained to them that I was trusting them to review the footage and do the right thing and follow up with me. So far, nothing has been done. The owners have claimed they have not had a chance to look at the footage even though its been over a week. I did not want to get the police involved but now I feel like I have to, because this teacher is still there and who knows how many other children she has done this to. In the words of the management there, this particular teacher is under a lot of stress with her mother being in the hospital and apparently this is an excuse for her to bring her home issues into work and take it out on innocent children. The fact that I had to be the one to reach out to the owners for follow up speaks volumes as to what kind of facility this is. Parents beware! There are several very nice people working here, but as they say, one bad apple can ruin the bunch.

I am writing a formal review to discuss events within 2 days of my son attending. I strongly suggest that you consider another pre-school as they do not promote a "bully-free" environment as explained by the staff. My son was directly and visibly bullied on the live streamed webcam for my wife, mother-in-law, and myself to see. My son also explained to me that he was being kicked, punched, and pushed on the playground and that the teacher did not help him. Three times the teacher lied to me as I listened on three way phone calls as to why no intervention was given to my son- I explained that i would expect a refund for two weeks paid in advance and they denied my request as it was "in the contract" and the "owners were on vacation." They were not. As a military veteran and dedicated individual I would ask that you seek to find another establishment entirely more dedicated than the less-than-honest staff I have had the displeasure of meeting and speaking with. I am not upset, I am simply discouraged by the lack of integrity, oversight, and understanding.

My oldest child who is now in first grade went to Kiddie Academy for VPK, and summer camp and now my youngest daughter attends Kiddie Academy. I LOVE THIS SCHOOL!!!!! Most of the staff has been there since my son went there, and are all amazing!!! Even the newer teachers are all so kind and professional. I am a very over protective mom and when my 2 year old started begging me to go to school there was only 1 place I would send her... KIDDIE ACADEMY! I trust this school and their staff with my children 110%. They make learning fun in a safe environment! They got my son ready and completely prepared for kindergarten, and my 3 year old is so ahead of most 3 year olds because the teachers at Kiddie Academy genuinely love their students, and love to teach them. Kiddie Academy is not just a "daycare" or somewhere for your children to sit and play all day, they are actually an EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION and will have your children BEYOND READY for kindergarten! I would recommend Kiddie Academy to EVERYONE!!!!!

My Grandchildren have attended this daycare and VPK program for the past two years. The teachers and staff are awesome. I am amazed at how much theyve learned. My little VPK student even learned some Spanish words. I would highly recommend this daycare. Plus they have camera access which is great. I can peek in on my babies at anytime.

I have both my boys here. 4 and 1. Their vpk program is ok. I wish they had a music program. The food is good. And the hours are very convenient.
