My pedicure was incomplete as I still had lots of dead skin still hanging from my heel. I also needed a fill in and was passed around and left sitting while the tech got up to take payment from another customer. I finally was passed to another tech who painfully finished my fill in with crooked, short, ugly nails. And she complained about me being tense Ha! and ouch! They are very hurried there and are all about the next customer walking through the door! Going back to Queen Nails on Seminole Blvd. Nancy (owner) is very particular and does a wonderful job.....always! I will never go back to Beautiful Nails......ever.

I have gone here numerous times when visiting my father in law and its always been acceptable. Good prices. Today was horrible. Got mani and pedi. Pedi was fine. Mani wad horrible. I was bleeding from trimming of cuticles. I walked to CVS and noticed my polish was already indented and had not dried. Went back and had terrible response when I wanted it fixed. Had to wait 45 minutes for my tech to finish a pedi she had just started. Then was questioned about what I had done. The original polush never dried even after 20 minutes under tje light.

Well speaking from my Mrs. I have to say shes in there and shes out she doesnt get any nail infections most of them dont speak much English but thats okay theres a lady there the owner that takes care of all that and get pretty much what you asked for and maybe a little extra at no cost thats how those ladies are very clean place for eyes and pedicures they rinse everything out and sterilize it before they bring in somebody else they cant ask for much more than that and it dont smell like its filled with chemicals which is nice

My daughter and I went to get pedicures. 2 women worked on us, neither one gave a complete pedicure.The people were very nice; the work was not. I also got a fill, the acrylic cracked that evening. When I went back to have them fix it, they did not. She put super glue all over my nail, then sent me home. The nail split again, So I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. The nail polish is not holding up. no matter how nice, fun they were I will not go back. The day was not worth the money I spent.

the OWNER does not care about her workers she treats them like SLAVES she does not pay them right. they have to be silent all she cares is which CUSTOMERS she can make most $ with . than she take that customer first for her self. NOT fair .

Avoid this place at all costs! I was trying to get my nails fixed for a job they did less than a week ago. They have very poor customer service and it doesnt help that its hard to understand the employees when they speak to you. I tried speaking to the manager about the issue and it wasnt resolved appropriately. I was a good customer over the past year but will be finding a new nail salon.

Clean, relaxing, fantastic service! Once you come here youll never go anywhere else. The mani-pedis are amazing and the waxing services are always perfect. The ladies are nice, professional and the shoppe is well lit, clean and always full of other chatty and fun customers to pass the time with.

I go here mostly to get my eyebrows done (Ive ocassinaly gotten a pedicure) but these ladys are the nicest and most caring people. They really take their time and dont rush through it when doing my eyebrows. I moved to Clearwater and I still come here because they do such a good job.

Horrible customer service. Lady didnt speak english and the other barely spoke English as well. I was over charged for a gel manicure and the explanation was mumbled. Never coming back, prices are also outrageous. Also my manicure that was supposed to last 14 days only lasted 4.

Just horrible will not fix mistakes. They treat you like you do not matter if you are not a regular customer. They do a very bad polish job the gel comes off after a few days they do not dry long enough between gel coats. I will stick with mystic nail in largo mall!!

I went for a pedi and received the worse service. I was rushed through the pedicure and denied them for polishing due to poor service. The owner asked why didnt I get it polished and once I explained she was then like oh. Ill never go back again.

Neat Freaks & Slobs

I love that place! Very reasonably priced for good feeling and good looking manicure, pedicure and wax (the wax feels as usual, so dont expect painless, but it is well done). I bring my team there from time to time as a reward for a job well done.

They are very friendly and humorous family. They can do whatever artwork you want especially Dee Ariana and Lilie. The are inexpensive and appointments are taken very serious walk-ins are welcome. Tell them Tay Tay said hi.

Made an appointment and ended up waiting almost an hour to finally get some help and then as she started my nails she told me she was going to do the ladys nails that just walk in and said she would come back to me
