Dear AFRICAN AMERICAN men, if you want to keep your hair pls go to another barber shop. I just moved down from Atlanta and really didnt want to drive out the way to find a barber so I gave them a chance. I have been getting the same cut for the past 4 years *A 2 or 1 1/2 inch High and tight * I told the man that I had thining hair in the front so go with the grain and be careful. Soon as he started his clippers were all over the place but I let him do his thing bc hes not my old barber. In the middle of the cut I noticed he cut my thining hair with my regular hair like I didnt mention it. Now I know I dont have my barber license but I do know you cant cut thining hair and regular hair the same. So after a while he said this cut would look better if you just go against the grain *at that very second he ran his clipper against the got Damn grain like I asked him NOT to do*. So I was pissed but I let him finish and once he was done I told him I wasnt paying bc I didnt like the cut. He got pissed as if I cut my own head and messed up and blamed him for it. So I said Ill let you give me a bald head and Ill pay for that only bc my wife was there and I really didnt want to account like a "THUG". He got hella defensive and ready to fight bc I didnt want to pay for a cut I didnt like. With that being said he was a horrible barber, his skills arent up to the proper level and you cant get mad if someone doesnt like their cut. If your a high school level Cosmetologist let someone know before you destroy them bruh. I would go back but I definitely would try someone with a better skill level and thats only if the allowed me in.

Well let me first say that I strongly support minority business, however my husband and I were completed turned off to this barbershop today. We were referred by one of their clients, being new to the area we were pleased to find an ethnic barber. I dropped him off around 4pm, came back and he was still sitting, they completely ignoring him as if he was invisible. We sat and waited, however the icing on the cake was when one barber had no one and sat down and never called next. The whole time I am asking my husband to be patient until he refused to wait anymore. It is sad when you try to support your own and can not due to lack of customer service and just general respect. So now, I am driving to Miramar just for a hair cut when we now live less than a 2 minutes walk from the shop. It is beyond me how we a people always fail to treat each other with common decency. My fellow Hebrews, Moors and Afrikkans if we fail to be in unity and embrace one another for who we are how can we expect others too. Truly disappointed and at a lost emotionally.

Ive been a loyal customer since Ive moved down to Florida 3 years ago. However, after today I wont be coming back anymore. I get there when the barbershop opens, wait for an hour and a half to then be told that the guy that just came in 15 minutes ago had an appointment. You couldnt have told me that 30 minutes into me waiting so I couldve gone with a different barber?! My time matters to me and Im sure it matters to your other customers. Fix it or you will go out of business.
