I know it all depends on the individual barber, However as a business, I feel they should do a better job hiring their stylists. I have been there twice, The first time I asked for a particular type of haircut which the lady failed to provide, she seemed as if she was cutting my hair in a hurry and when I asked her to fix some parts of it, she actually made it worse. The second time I went back just to give the place a second chance, I tried a different person, but the same story, this time ten times worse. I asked her to cut my hair with scissors and she didnt, so the final work was not not what I wanted. I didnt even bother complaining afraid of getting something worse. I am just never going back there.

The haircuts are actually decent. The biggest problem with this barbershop are two women in particular. A blonde with short hair and a woman named Deb. They are so loud and obnoxious, its almost unbearable to sit there. I got my haircut from the blonde, I tried introducing myself and she didnt even look me in the eye and mumbled something. So I sat there while she was acting like a ratchet ghetto loud mouth and using profane language the whole time. I hope the owner wasnt there to embrace this trashy behavior. These women are unprofessional that despite the good prices and good haircuts, Im taking my business elsewhere next time.

First things first, this is a barber shop, not a salon. Dont go here expecting an atmosphere different than any other barber shop. If you went here and were offended, thicken up. Deb has never disappointed. There is a reason why half of the people on the sign in sheet have her name next to theirs and why they wait for hours just for a cut. She is a very talented, well rounded, multifaceted barber. Yes, shes outspoken. Again, if you got your feelings hurt, thicken up. These reviews are petty. I get my fade tightened up every week and have never see anyone leave with a bad cut from any of the barbers.

Im going to chop barbershop The only great barber was Dee Dee . Amazing attention to detail . Unfortunately shes leaving. So Whatever you do dont ask for Cameron terrible customer service . I had him cut my hair and trim my beard plus I tipped him . And he wants to get an attitude . And all honesty,Hes not that good of a barber . I had to ask him to fix several things . His nasty attitude was terrible like his hair cuts . overall one star .

All the good barbers always seem to leave and i can understand why. There were two girls D and Pj who did really great work but the rest arent even barbers. The guy with dreads suck, the old black lady cant even cut hair, the white girl with lots of tattoos cant even cut black people hair, and the old white lady Deb is loud and obnoxious and talk about staff in front of customer, the white guy is ok. i will NEVER go back. .

Their summer closing hours during the week is at 6 PM. I showed up there at 5:30 and both of their doors were locked and their "open" sign was off. I could see people in there working. I even called them before hand to ask when they closed, and they said 6 PM. If they were not going to be open at 5:30, they probably should have told me that. Very, very bad business practice.

D cut my hair and did an amazing job. Usually go to the far Renegade to get my hair cut by the gifted goddess of Renegade, Deb. But Deb was sick today and so I took a chance and got taken care of by D at the Renegade north of FSU. Ds work was way above and beyond my high standards. My cut looks so fly and Im feelin confident about interviewing for jobs.

BEST barbershop in Tallahassee and when I say best I mean best as in customer service! All barbers in the shop can really cut, it is a great and warming environment, they make you feel at home while giving you a haircut, I recommend this place to anyone who is still looking for a permanent barbershop to get their haircut at!

Not just your average barbershop. Great location, the best prices in town, and experienced barbers with tons of personality. My barber JJ soon became my go-to barber in Tallahassee while Im here for college. He cuts my hair better than my barber back home (dont tell anyone).

The great conversations and cool decor bring the place together as a true renegade barber shop. My hair was cut exactly how I wanted it (which can be hard for some barbers) and I enjoyed speaking with my barber. I would recommend this barber shop to anyone I know.

Decent price and excellent location. Had to be very specific with the barber to get a very normal haircut (nothing crazy). Staff was not particularly friendly, interior was disorganized and messy. Lots of potential that is sadly not being realized.

Establishment is in poor condition and the barbers dont cut hair well. A boy came out of there with his tape practically next to his ear. Terrible place, dont ever go; unless youre ugly
