I didnt want to have to do this because Ive never left a google review but I am now fed up. I have applied to literally hundreds of jobs, have a college degree, Im young and motivated to work and I am incredibly polite in email and phone conversations. I applied to a few jobs with Hiregy and within a day got a voicemail. So far so good. Next not so good. I called back at least 5 or 6 times before I finally got a call back. The call back was not very polite and I almost felt like I was bothering the recruiter. We set up a date to meet in person but I was not able to get to Tampa (got sick, wont go into it). On April 17th I emailed the recruiter and informed her that I applied to some more jobs and to please let me know if I qualified for any of them (I was getting very desparete for work at this point and, over a month later, still am). She replied back to me "we set up a meeting and you never showed." To which I did not reply. Was that necessary? I told the recruiter before that I became sick and was not able to attend. I did not appreciate the snarky reply- I was asking to be considered for a position, not asked why I couldnt come in to meet when I was sick. Today is May 23rd, over a month later, and not a peep. I would even appreciate an email saying "hey, were still looking for you" "hey we dont have anything right now but Im still looking." Anything to that effect would ease my mind rather than staying up at night mindlessly applying for jobs to never hear back, almost as if there were no jobs or my resume got lost in limbo. Maybe I should be a recruiter. At least I understand how people who are unemployed are feeling and would do everything in my absolute power to find them work and keep in constant contact to make sure they knew I was working for them. Applying and then hiring agencies going MIA is not a good way to do business. I hope someone reaches out to me. I NEED a job and am willing to do anything. Im trying to make something of myself but the way hiring is done now makes it almost impossible for us young degreed "millennials" to do just that.

Pretty much a waste of time for me, unfortunately, which is unfortunate because two of my friends had great luck with them! I had an initial phone interview that went very well with a consultant. She invited me to the office for a face to face interview for a temp to hire position. Great! I got there and filled out their piles of paperwork,. When I went in to meet the agent, she informed me it was a temporary one year contract and not temp to perm as I had been told. She then wanted me to go take some typing and clerical tests. OK. I completed those and when I returned she was absorbed in a menu preparing to order lunch and quickly dismissed me, telling me she would call. Return calls from me were left unanswered and I moved on. Some months later I decided to try again. This time I was matched to Victoria, who said the first lady was no longer with the company (what a surprise!). She went over many of the same things and again said she would be in touch. Well, guess what? Yep, no calls, nothing, yet again. Calls I made to the office were of course leaving messages that would remain forever unanswered. It unfortunately seems to be a trend of FL temp agencies to simply let people hang in limbo instead of being honest and telling them they cannot or do not wish to help, which gives people false hope. I have again moved on since this office has not so much sent me a phone interview. Two stars for the kindly receptionist at least.

My experience with Hiregy and especially Victoria Helton was excellent. The entire agency is clean, efficient and professional. I had been to at least six other staffing firms and they were totally the opposite. If there wasnt a job sitting right there at the time I came in, I never heard from them again. Also, the other agencies were small, dirty and disorganized. Victoria called me in right away for an interview and was able to get me an interview within a couple of days. She was very knowledgeable about the position and the company and gave me good advice. I am happy to say that I was offered the job. When I came back in to Hiregy to fill out the paperwork and do the drug screen, once again, they were organized and professional. Victoria was fantastic to work with and she kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. The other staff that I dealt with were also helpful and friendly. Hiregy is a first class agency compared to all of the other employment agencies that I worked with. There is no comparison. I recommend Hiregy to anyone who is trying to find a job in this difficult job market. I would use them again in a minute!

I was contacted by one of their recruiters out of the "Orlando/Maitland" office and went in to interview. Everything seemed ok but after them having me take a few "prove it" tests and having me provide them with my references phone numbers and email addresses, I never heard anything back. I emailed the recruiter to follow up and she said she was waiting to hear back from my references. When I contacted my references, they ALL said she had never contacted them. I emailed again and let her know and once again she said she would contact them. That was about 3 wks ago and I still have yet to hear anything back one way or the other, even after sending more emails to follow up. If the place I interviewed for decided to go with someone else thats fine but the recruiter could have at least given me a heads up and not left me hanging. I dont appreciate having my time wasted. Apparently Im not the only person they have done this to. NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I wouldnt recommend anyone else waste their time with this company. Theyre just out fill quotas.

I loved Hiergy from the 1st contact that i made with them inquiring about an opportunity to the process of them matching me up with the right employer. My experience of relocating from Baltimore, MD to Tampa, FL was a nightmare due to not having an employment or opportunities to look forward in the transition. Tampa being a city with plenty of Fortune 500 businesses had plenty of Staffing Agencies to choose from, but something about that initial phone call i made with Hiergy gave me trust and confidence, that it wouldnt be long before i found employment in Tampa. The entire team at Hiergy were very efficient, friendly, consistent and made the process for me very seamless for me. Im here as a current testimony to say that Hiergy Tampa is the Staffing Agency anyone whos looking for great employment with great companies should choose. They even let me have my birth certificate sent their via mail due to not having any destination to sent it. I will forever be appreciative and grateful for Hiergy Tampa. Thanks everyone!!!!
