The good: these guys do an adequate job of cleaning and they are open on Sundays-something not common with cleaners in the area. The bad: The reviews here are accurate. Customer service here is lacking. They offer next day service but when I went in two days later my order was still not ready. I didnt have a real problem with that except wanted to know why they didnt just call and tell me it was going to be late. The clerk told me "we dont do that". The manager later verified that. They prefer to waste 30 minutes of customer travel time versus 30 seconds of their own. The manager said that if they called they would be on the phone all day. Apparently they have that many problems. It just makes no sense. Cmon people. Give your employees the power. When I went in on a Sunday, the clerk was just sitting there. Customer service is everything (or not)!

Brought in new wrap around skirt to hem,very basic 1/2 hem aND 1 button hole. Showed the young lady where the buttonhole needed to be placed. 6 days, gave extra day from scheduled pick up. NO BUTTON HOLE AND WORKMANSHIP WAS TERRIBLE! $18.00 later! I called right away, she said well IF I even requested a buttonhole, the seamstress isnt in until Monday, so bring it back if we even can do that. OK IF THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE WHY NOT CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW? This was first time trying your store, trust me after some thought, no way am I coming back Monday or Ever! Ingrid Dettman

I have been going to pioneer cleaners for years, and will never go back after my recent experience. I dropped off my clothes, and this cleaners could not press it correctly. It was sent back 2 times, and I asked twice for the manager to call me. The front desk told me in person that they asked the manager to call me. The manager never did (even asking to the second time), and my dress was not pressed right like it was originally. I will be taking my business to another cleaners. A loyal customer should never be treated this way.

Michael is a sweetheart we were getting married and I had found the perfect wedding down at the Goodwill it was extremely dirty and had beading that was coming off I had called around and I couldnt really afford to get the dress cleaned because my future wife had cancer and Michael discounted the cost so that I was able to get it cleaned it turned out amazing and the wedding was beautiful thank you Pioneer for making me the most beautiful princess on one of the most important days of my life

Best Dry cleaners ever been too. Staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. My husband and I are very picky, and they have never disappointed us. I have been to many many dry cleaners and I have done my homework on quality and so far I have found, Pioneer got the highest quality on my list. I even got a tour of the plant where the cleaning gets done, and the process is very impressive. Thank you for keeping us clean.

The customer service was the worst! The gentleman, Mike, hung up the phone on me, when I was trying to explain that the job they performed was not done properly. My 300 dollar gown was ruined. Worst business etiquette. Basically told me they were too busy to deal with me. I wish I wouldve listened to the reviews. Beware!

If I could rate them with 0 stars, I would. Worst dry cleaning experience Ive ever had. Management is absolutely terrible and do not know a single thing about customer service. I would rather hand wash every stitch of my clothing then ever use them again.
