Ive used the place for printing business contracts in the past without problems. Unfortunately, this go around was beyond disappointing. I placed an order for just 25 (3 part) copies which I was told was not a problem for quick turn around. I woke up this morning and realized Id not gotten a call back saying my order was done, so I called. The girl told me it wasnt ready, in fact they hadnt even started yet...it would be ready some time today. I told her I put a due date of yesterday because I have a client at 9 am this morning.....she said NOTHING....just sat there, I thought the phone disconnected so I said, hello? Her response: I dont know what to tell you. Wait..what? Really? When I asked for a supervisor she said there wasnt one there....I asked who was in charge, she gave me his name..I said, Id like to speak with him please. She said, hes not here..hell be in after 9. I said, I need these for a 9am client. Her response: I mean I dont know what to tell you. I told her shed need to cancel my order and they just lost a customer....her response, OK. She did not even care nor did she seem to understand or care how this would effect my business. VERY disappointing. Dont risk using this place if you have a deadline!

My girlfriend printed 30+ color pictures that she scaled to the desired size she wanted before printing only to have them come out to fit the page. Apparently thats the default setting...asked an employee how to fix it and he was completely clueless. The interview process for this place must just require you to be able to identify a mouse and keyboard... After clicking through the options on the computer (which they charge you by the minute to use...ridiculous) I finally figured it out for her. Then she had to pay for all the incorrect prints. Theyre lucky fedex/kinkos was closed...That must be the only way this place makes money. They wont be making any cash from us anymore...

These people infected my girlfriends tenure review files with a trojan. They are incredibly uninformed on how a computer works, let alone how a macs file system works. Anyone ever heard of a LNK file? Its what a mac turns infected files into so they cant make their way into the kernel of the system. I cant believe people can claim to be professional and act in this manner. After she had all of her files essentially deleted, they could not help her. I had no trouble recovering the files myself, at the possible detriment to my own software. STAY AWAY!!!! this is a warning from someone who repairs electronics for a living.

I do all of my printing here for personal and business. The staff is always very helpful and polite, and my projects always look great! I love that it is open 24 hrs, but if you are going to need assistance with a project go during the day. The night people are usually to busy to help, but the daytime staff with help you with anything! I wouldnt go anywhere else!

This is a print center. They very knowledgeable help. At first appearance it seems to be disorganized. However, this should not discourage. They are familiar with a variety of print software and happy to help. There is a range of competency. But I asked another person and got the answer I needed.

This really needs to be no star. I have always used this location to do many different prints. After todays visit I have discovered the Owner is rude and racist. when you say you dont like you people , what people are you referring to? will never do business here again.

Great local business. They are extremely helpful with any project and are open 24 hours for emergencies, especially around finals time at USF when printing on campus might not be an option. They are also dedicated to the community and it shows. Love Pro-Copy!

Terrible. $100 to print a color 3x4 poster. As a USF student that presents at conferences I would never go here again! The USF print shop does it for half the price (I wish I knew that earlier). I feel like I got seriously ripped off.

Not really impressed with this place. My print job looked terrible and the owner was difficult to work with in getting it done right. It does have a nice convenient location and extended hours, but the quality was questionable.

This one is bigger...but not better. I think the ideas of charging for the use of computer to print files is ridiculous. This is 2015 after all. Why do I feel I go back to 2000 when I step in?

I wanted to email them a Word 2007 document and have them copy it for me. They said that they dont have Word 2007 and that I would have to convert it to a PDF!
