Great Experience. It was my first time at Tops and I was really satisfied. Rhonda was an excellent barber. She paid careful attention to detail and she was very personable too. I called ahead and so I only had to wait a short while for service. They even offered me a free beer while I waited! The only down side is that they only accept cash or check; no credit or debit cards. That being said Ill definitely be heading that way for my next haircut.

Great place for both men and women.....reasonable price......fantastic cut every time.....close/clean cut on neck w razor for those of us who like short hair.....head masage after......always on time for apptmts, so dont YOU be late!....very popular place, so call for apptmt.....close easy parking w easy in/out, too.....and, they keep it all nice and clean.....Rhonda is a great barber in a great place!

A solid haircut for cheap. Some of the features of your haircut will be a short head massage, foam+straight razor trim up on the back of your head and excess hair is blow off you via shot of compressed air. Im almost on the verge of liking the place so much I DONT want to tell people about it because this place would be too popular.

I went here because it had great reviews and I needed a clean cut for an upcoming event. It ended up being the worst hair cut that I have gotten in years. Uneven and patchy. She even messed up the side burns. How do you mess up side burns? I suppose this place must have a couple good cutters, but I didnt get one of them.

Doesnt get any better! I know you can pay more money elsewhere, but here is a family feeling that seems to extend to every person who walks thru the front door. "Mo" puts up with my fussing and keeps me in line. Lots of hugging, chatter, kids, old farts like me and young hipsters - wonderful!

Fantastic service, always look great! Be sure to see Michelle (red-head) for the haircut and get a nice back rub and scalp massage when youre finished! Also, straight razor trim of back/neck. These gals are the best!!! Be sure to call ahead and get your name on the list to shorten your wait time!

Went and saw Rhonda today....what a great personality! The place is quaint, and everyone is so friendly. Haircut was topnotch! Warm shaving cream and straight edge are classic. Scalp massage and neck rub...all for $14....You have to experience it

I have never enjoyed getting a haircut before, but Tops is great. Theyre quick, friendly, and they give great haircuts for a very fair price. I used to always go to those cheap chain places (and get fair to lousy haircuts) but never again.
