Went to Envy yesterday since Id heard so much about it, and my usual place was already closed for the evening. After standing alone at their "desk" for about 3-5min nights one had spoken to me or even looked up from what they were doing for a "be with you in a few". Just totally ignored. Great business practices for a fledgling business. So I said goodbye loudly and left, still no one cared or said a thing. Must be nice to be so selective with your clients. Ill be sure to share my experiences with everyone I know, and everyone I give recommendations to at my public job.

Very disappointed. My 15 year old son went in here last Sunday & was treated very poorly. He was hardly acknowledged to begin with & was told there was 1 person ahead of him. After waiting nearly 45 minutes that 1 person exited the chair. When my son walked up to the barber he did a cut throat signal without making eye contact & said "Nah man, I gotta go to an appointment now" & the barber left. My son then walked up to another barber who had an empty chair & that guy said "Bro I gotta get some food" & he walked out as well. My son walked out very upset & we left.

I entered Envy with my twin boys desperate for a haircut looking for professionals and when we entered no one acknowledge us at first then when the hostess looked around at the Barbers each Barber shook his head no but the hostess told us it would be 45 minutes they offered to give me a call when they were ready so to be polite instead of waiting I took my two boys out and drove around for 2 hours waiting for a phone call I should have gone to Kingdom Cuts on the corner of Barna and Knox McRae where they were very polite to both of my boys

Haircut is best if its the owner Jake does it. You will wait at least an hour before getting in the chair. Would give 5 stars but I went to get my haircut today and the google hours were false. They are not open on sundays
